I asked if I would receive a physical gift card but instead she gave me the receipts totaling almost $200 and said that credit was mine and it would be under my name at the store. I finally was ready to use the credit a year later and come to find out she had returned the credit to my gifter and not Me! And the manager of the store checked and saw the credit was indeed out back to my gifter but that the credit was already spent by her. She said I'm so sorry and did nothing to make that right. So I'm now out of my birthday gift credit because of someone else's incompetence at the store. Frustrated to say the least

It was suggested based on the recommendation of my running friend. I absolutely love the decor of the space. It is a French country farmhouse vibe with so many quant decorative details. We had a large party of 12. They have a bunch of different bakery items behind the counter and a selection of omelettes, French toast and avacado. Unfortunately the cafe was not equipped to handle such a large party. We first placed our drink orders and some individuals including myself did not receive our drinks until after our food order. Many times the incorrect food would come out and they could not keep track of what everyone was ordering. They did ask for patience as they only had one cook, but I did see tables with smaller parties receiving their food in a timely manner. Even with the wait the food was still delivered in a piecemeal fashion. It would have been nice if the restaurant had done something to acknowledge our inconvenience. I started with the purple rain which was one of their specialty drinks a butterfly tea with lemon over sparking water with agava. It was quite expensive but tasted very bland to me. I also ordered a small soldier which is a baked egg wrapped with Italian prosciutto. This item was very tasty but very small. I also ordered a quiche with spinach, feta and tomato with farm fresh egg. This item was a bit more substantial compared to other items and was served with fresh tomato, but could have used a salsa. I didn't get a photo of this item. I was a bit blown away about the price point of these items because I spent nearly $35 for brunch and left still hungry. The dining experience ended up turning into an hour and a half ordeal. For these reasons, I was a bit disappointed and this spot was just not my cup of tea.

Why offer a support email for your customers to use if you don't respond?! Beyond RUDE!

So I got the grey 4 pack mats for $20.00 I also got a seat cover too. Just a basic black seat cover for the driver side. Check out was quick and easy. The lady that helped me was so southernly polite. Coming from the north, this always makes a huge impact on me. In fact when I walked out of the store, I said, "I friggin love Texas!" When I got to my car I put the grey floor mat under my black floor mat. My floor mat has a small hole, so I just wanted some protection to the floor of my car. The other 3 mats are in the trunk. If you need 3 grey mats, let me know. The seat cover is t fitting. It's just literally a cover that lays on top of your seat as if it were a beach towel. There are not straps to hold it in place where the seat meets the back, in that crease. And the only straps are at the bottom, but what can they tie to? I immediately went back to return the seat cover. I explained that they didn't work. And she gave me a refund for the seat. Super quick process. She didn't even need my credit card that I used. Again that southern charm, and I just smiled and returned the sentiment back to her, again, walked out and said, I f*#king LOVE TEXAS. The second F-word was more of a term of measurement.
