They had no idea when the boots would come in and offer a couple of other alternative switch for nowhere near is a style or cost of the boots. For a premium boot company you can't decide whether it's a direct consumer by Central warehouse or retail stores. The contact phone number doesn't even identify it as being Lucchese. I have no idea how long I would be sitting waiting for a shipment before I was told it was backordered if I was told at all, I have four pair of their boots and I won't be a fifth.

Friendly staff, this place has a little bit of everything. Boutique baby items, funny cards, lotions and sprays, high end PJ's, dresses/tops (Johnny Was), toy section for that last minute bday gift (Legos, books, other toys) and you don't want to go all the way into Bee Cave or Austin to get it. They also have a whole area in the back if you are in the need of reupholstering your house goods with many different fabrics and textures. We came during Christmas break so they had a seasonal section in the front of the store that was on sale post xmas. Plenty of parking, easy in/out as its right off 290. Three friends are visiting me from out of town, so we went there together. What a find!!! We all found things we loved and made purchases. It's fairly small, but they had a really nice selection of clothing, along with some other items. The staff are awesome, so friendly and helpful. We arrived an hour before closing time, but they never made us feel rushed. Prices are about what I expect for a botique, and the clothing each of us bought seems to be very good quality. It was a great stop on our girls' trip!!!
