Mayra is always helpful in trying to accommodate as best as possible, and offers to place me on the wait list for sooner available appointments that work better with my schedule. I've been going to Dr. Mike for over a year now, and it has been so beneficial. My initial appointment, Dr. Mike sat down with me, listened to my history and concerns and thoroughly completed his assessment. After the assessment, he made his recommendations for the areas that he would be focusing on and how frequently I should be starting out with the visits. After over a year of seeing him, with all of the techniques and tools he utilizes on my back, I have noticed great improvement in the way that I feel. I am now currently pregnant and continue to see him. At the beginning of each session, he sits down, asks how I've been feeling, and explains the changes in techniques as the pregnancy is progressing. He truly takes the time to make sure that you, as the patient, have an understanding of what he does, and ensures that you have any and all questions answered after every visit. I have also been seeing Lori, one of the massage therapists in office, and having the combination of a massage, as well as the adjustment is the best! Having both Lori and Dr. Mike work in the same office is beneficial as they work hand in hand and are able to coordinate if necessary. I've been seeing Dr. Mike for a few months now. I have always had back and posture issues, and now having a physical job working with kids, my body has been all sorts of wack. At my first appointment, Dr. Mike spent an hour on me doing a thorough assessment. His patience, kindness, and professionalism was evident from the very first day! I felt very comfortable with him from the start. I've been going in about once a week since my first visit and I have seen a gradual improvement in my spine and joints despite the continuously strenuous nature of my job. And, as of a few weeks ago, my husband who has neck and back issues has also started seeing him (he commutes from Poway). At every appointment, Dr. Mike does a combination of techniques to get the best result. Getting adjusted hasn't always been a pleasant experience, but somehow Dr. Mike makes it completely stress-free. And he never pressures me to come in more than I need to. Dr. Sam is not only an amazing chiropractor, but the warmest person. In fact, this whole office is super friendly. From the second I walk in, Mira welcomes me (and usually my 9 year old daughter, too). Because they're so kind, we've actually met some of the other patients while waiting too. After not going for over a year I finally made time to go see Dr Samantha. In ONE visit she was able to fix the pain in back that had been plaguing me for weeks!! No, she is not a miracle healer, however, she was able to get my back into proper alignment as well as give me the tools to build a better core to keep that alignment. I had just hurt my back and neck. I was in excruciating pain, and had numbness down my entire right arm as well as half of my left arm. I had just moved to the area, and had no idea who trust. A friend recommended Foundation Chiropractic to me. I called, and got an appointment the very next day. After an X-ray, Dr. Mike gave me a diagnosis. I am so glad I found Dr. Michael & Samantha Fauce. My husband and I were in a car accident in November and after the chiropractor I'd been seeing for 2 years dropped the ball on our case then the new chiropractor stated they didn't accept our insurance after the claim was paid out, I was in search of another practice that would accept our insurance. Initially, I came to Foundation Chiropractic because I was in a car accident and after 4 days I could barely walk and was in horrible, excruciating pain. I've been seeing Dr Sam for close to 4 years and followed her from her previous location in Carlsbad. I used to see a chiropractor when I was a kid and perhaps didn't realize how instrumental it was in my overall well being.
