I was recommended to see Dr. Beth for some pre-natal chiropractic after we discovered baby was breech at almost 37 weeks and my doc had scheduled an ECV, and I was a nervous wreck! I ended up cancelling my ECV and putting my faith in Dr. Beth's chiropractic care and advice to help give baby some more room to flip. I just delivered my baby less than a week ago; 100% natural, non-medicated at a hospital. I experienced absolutely no pain (using Hypnobabies) and recovery has been extremely smooth. Dr. Binder is amazing. It is so refreshing to step into this office and feel cared for and taken seriously. It's warm and welcoming and you can tell everyone truly cares. I never had a chiropractic adjustment and was seeking help for chronic lower back pain. Dr. Binder takes a lot of time to diagnose the problem. A couple of thermal scans and pulse measurements are taken to help with the diagnosis and to keep an eye on treatment progress. The office is super kids friendly which is so helpful for a busy mom. A kids play corner will keep the little ones entertained while mommy gets adjusted. I wish I had known about this office during my pregnancies. Iam sure it would really have helped to ensure proper pelvic alignment. This office also offers acupuncture and I have to say..Alex Stampbach is a miracle worker! He will stay with his patients for the whole hour and really knows his stuff! I have referred him to friends and everybody loved it! Background setup: Bruised my coccyx (butt bone), 2 months later injured myself twisting with weights + have had a persistent hip flexor low back pain combo. The result was an almost debilitating pain in my low back and sciatic nerve that demanded I take it easy and rest. Unfortunately, that's not really an option or preference for my lifestyle so I sought out professional help. Dr. Binder was the first chiropractor I had ever visited and, quite honestly, I was kinda stressed out about the whole crack it and pop it thing. I knew just a massage wasn't going to fix my injury that was a compilation of many other small injuries. Despite the vast size, the space feels immediately inviting when you walk through the doors. Dr. Binder was there to greet me right away and I was impressed with our one-on-one consultation & the comprehensive tests she used to assess what was actually going on with my back. She took the time to answer my questions while interpreting the results of my tests, calmed some fears and explained to me how the body responds to stresses, injuries & how receiving chiropractor care can help with so many ailments across the board. We moved over to the table and she told me exactly what she was going to do, what sensation I might feel & asked how I responded to each adjustment. She was thorough, strong & effective with her hands-on adjusts, yet gentle enough being it was my first time in her care. More than anything though, I could tell she was really trying to help me. She followed my adjustments up with a massage to the area, answered more of my questions for care until our next visit and I was on my way. We scheduled another appointment in a few days and within a week I felt back to normal. So it turns out taking it easy and resting is a requirement when dealing with injuries. I absolutely love Dr. Tyson. He is wonderful. A wealth of information! He goes above and beyond to answer my questions and has been a great source of health information for us. Dr. Tyson has come in on off-hours to adjust us specifically, and has even provided his cell phone number to us when we needed some assistance. I love his holistic approach and his attention to nutrition and lifestyle choices. I love his academic involvement in everything child/parenting/pregnancy/nutrition related. He is a strong supporter of breast feeding, natural pregnancy, homebirths, midwives/doulas, and all things holisitic, including diet based immunity and active lifestyle. I appreciate his knowledge on vaccines as we do not vaccinate, and love that he offers/hosts workshops to inform the public. The office is close to the freeway. The kid's adjusting table (wooden horse table) is adorable and the toys and kid area makes it comfortable for my 3 year old. Ther eis hardly ever a wait, as we usually just walk in during the walk in hours and get seen immediately. Kristin, the assistant, is amazing, and always greets my 3 year old son individually and checks in with him. When we skip a week or two, she calls in to check on us, just to make sure we are okay.
