The crew was respectful of our home and property and did everything they could to mitigate the noise and inconvenience. They even went so far as to hook up the washer and dryer when they were done, without being asked, after we expressed some concern about being able to use them while the cement cured. I requested a refund, per the terms of the contract. On June 11, their representative said the company had changed ownership and would not honor the prior warranty. As of today, the issue remains unresolved. I will update this review if the company provides a fair resolution.
