We initially filed the company in January 2017 and by February 6th Suhas informed me that the company was posted. Then we filed EIN. On March 15th I signed and scanned the Statement of Information to Suhas and he promised to file. However, he never ever returned my phone call or updated me regarding the company status ever again!!! I was too naive to think if he didn't return my phone call might be because the filing was completed and there was nothing to worry about. BUT today I received a Delinquency Notice saying I've never completed my filimg!!!
