The sauce is decent, but for a thin crust, it was incredibly flimsy. A bit soggy. Good, crisp pizza should hold its shape when you lift it up! I think the oven is maybe too hot? Or they aren't rotating the pizzas? Because it's burning on the edge but not fully cooked on the bottom. I'm also confused on the mozzarella stick dipping sauce. Marinara is what you would expect, but this is a garlic aoli... so basically just mayo. Garlic was not strong. It wasn't horrid, but not great, and it's a weird combo. THOUGH, I will add the mozzarella sticks were beautifully crispy and the breading was nice and thin. I really liked the mozzarella sticks themselves.
