The other company wanted to charge me over $2200 to replace my expansion tank, pressure relief valve, and purge my gas boiler. I was dumbfounded. I visited Coles and explained to the nice young lady at the desk what I needed done and about the other plumber. She told me yes, they were cheaper, and the following day, she sent me a quote. My jaw dropped on how much cheaper Coles was charging. Chris came over. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything that he was going to do before doing anything to the boiler. If he ran into a hiccup, he would inform me before doing anything. I really appreciated that. He considered me and not do whatever without discussing it with me. Chris replaced several valves, replaced the expansion tank, cleaned the boiler, replaced a thermostat, and purged the boiler and the cost was much less than half of what the other company wanted to charge me. According to the service person a " 10 inch roughs are more expensive" the toilet and instillation cost $1,027.57 to install. No other work was done. Not an emergency call I found the same exact 10 inch rough toilet on the Lowes website for $ 344.00. Theses are the facts. One of my biggest regrets of the year using this company.

First to winterize an outdoor kitchen area in the fall, and second to de-winterize the same area in the spring. Both required a second "service call" at my expense because they missed a leak. On the de-winterization job, their recommendation to fix the leak was to cut away the stainless steel below our sink (photo attached). I'm glad they were not capable enough to do the work because the person we hired to fix it, laughed at this recommendation. It was fixed in 20 min without any cutting!!! When asked to remove the charge for their second "service call" to diagnose the problem that I found, they refused. Stay away!!!
