You have a variety of other business that give you discounts to their business as well, massage chairs, a hydro massage chair of sorts, tanning and red light therapy. You also can bring a guest any time you'd like which is such a big deal. That means I'll always have a workout buddy which will keep me so much more motivated. My 13 year old son comes with me and absolutely loves it. This location has a huge variety of machines for cardio as well as weights. So far since I've joined I've noticed that the staff is super friendly and really laid back. Everyone seems so happy and that really is something I look for as a customer as well. Happy staff always equates to a great experience for the customer. I don't think I could come up with a negative word to say even when pressed to.

The Rooted Rose is in the same shopping center as my parent's church so when I visit them, I am always here. Now that Rooted has joined us I can easily walk in for a class after driving the 10 hour trip and get my body centered again! I told my mom this has to be my routine now. Last night I joined with our instructor Emma for a vinyasa flow, and OMG! My watch told me I set a new record for burning calories in a yoga session, I believe it. It was incredible, the flows Emma guided us through. I slept like a baby after that, SO MANY THANKS! There is a plant shop inside the studio, so calming! Were supposed to be fixed of cleaned within a few weeks and now they won't be ready till December. What the hell? Men's sauna goes down, who knows if it'll ever come back up. Total scam. Their facility is extremely dirty. The mat…read morelooks like it's never been cleaned. The classes are pretty much just your child standing around and air punching/kicking. Some days when they actually do stuff that resembles taekwondo they have too many children to watch. They let kids choke each other out without watching or try to jump pass a long beam and twist their ankles. Most of the kids are running around not paying attention because they have no idea what to do and they're bored. Their testing for belts is a total joke. Few of the kids even know what they're doing but they get a higher belt anyway because they get more money from you, at least $65 each belt. These poor kids think they're actually doing taekwondo and get a higher belt because they jumped around spazing out and memorized a little quote from a piece of paper. They require you to continue paying for two months after you give written cancelation. Then they still charge for three months if your cancelation day is even one day past the day of the week that you pick as your payment date. Shady people! I would love to audit their books, I have no doubt scamming people is the only way they make their money. There are many other choices for alternative facilities not far from this one. I highly recommend looking elsewhere.
