They were referred by multiple people but after I initially met with the owner Joe Wirth to give them my claim to handle, he was non responsive (don't give out your cell phone number if you're not going to respond, especially when the original paralegal was non responsive). I thought the claim could have been handled differently to avoid litigation where they bumped the fee up to 40% instead of 33% (all they did was file and there were no other litigation activities --they made more money off the claim then I did and I handled it myself the first six months). Also, I had a $600 bill that was not included in my payout even though I sent it to the paralegal multiple times in 2022 (I had to pay out of pocket to have an additional reading completed by the radiologist for an MRI). In a town where PI attorneys are a dime a dozen, I would recommend doing your due diligence before signing with this one.
