I am forever grateful to Colleen, John, Abbe and their amazing team over at Four Bridges for helping me get a fresh new start on life with my new forever home. I first met Colleen with my then partner late 2016, when we randomly popped into her open house. We had not done ANY pre-work and it was pretty apparent but Colleen was so sweet and patient with us, giving us a personal tour of the house, answering all our questions, and then agreeing to help us put in an offer. A year later, when my partner and I decided to split and got past the house buyout, I was left without my dream home and resigned myself to becoming a renter again thinking I was priced out of the SF market on a single income. John and Colleen, having previously spent 3 hours of their time to talk with me about the house buyout and my future plans/dreams of a new home, found me the most perfect opportunity to get back in the market. I was able to purchase a beautifully renovated 3bd/2ba condo, for $40k less than an identical unit that sold a month before, and without it having to go to market to deal with any bidding wars. Just as in the first home purchase, the team patiently and efficiently navigated/guided me through the entire process making it so seamless and easy. A major plus was, knowing that I was getting ready to leave for 2 months of travel, they helped me get the closing done in 21 days instead of the standard 30. When I was in a somewhat painful and hopeless situation, the team really helped me get a fresh start in a beautiful new forever home. We are very happy with what the Four Bridges Group did for us. While in his late 70s, my father started construction on a 7 unit complex in San Francisco.
