Flambéed Grand Marnier with added vanilla ice cream
    Lou E.

Great start to our stay in Sydney! We had eaten here in past visits and hoped it was going to be as good and it was even better! Weren't sure that we were going to get a table but we lucked into one that was just vacated. We ordered a savory crepe with goat cheese, dried figs, salad greens and dressed with a honey mustard dressing and a sweet crepe flambéed with grand marnier with a scoop of vanilla ice cream added. Both crepes were perfect. We got both of them at the same time and kept eating each others. I am not a big fan of goat cheese but this savory salad crepe was one of the best Will definitely return. Highly recommend and if there is a wait it is worth it. Service is always very good.

    Lots of choices

Fab selection. Love the outdoor cafe. and a long black. Good service. Freshly made and need to come for dessert

Half of a jambon et fromage (ham and cheese) crepe. Very tasty.

Really enjoyed the crepes here! More open faced than we expected, but very well prepared and tasty. Nice to find food at Circular Wharf that wasn't just fish and chips, or hamburgers. Sorry, we ate half of each one before remembering to take pictures.

I ordered l'aussie and it was delicious! It was one of the best crepes I've ever eaten. I ate outside. It was sprinkling a bit but they have umbrellas.

Coconut ice cream with Belgian chocolate

I'm never going to say no to dessert for dinner! The food here is super yummy and very rich - I loved it! I had the coconut ice cream with homemade Belgian chocolate crepes. I got the double and it was a good size for me, although every one else preferred the single size. The coconut ice cream is sooo good. I wished I had two scoops on it! My sister noted the cinnamon sugar one was a bit dry since it didn't have a sauce/drizzle. She used my excess Belgian chocolate and then loved it! You can order on your phone but we did that and they lost our order. Surely it was a fluke but just something to keep an eye on! They rushed our order after that.

    Ham, Swiss and egg galette

This place was BUSY on the Sunday afternoon. The waitstaff were constantly taking orders, delivering orders, clearing tables and seating new customers. I am not familiar enough yet with Sydney prices to accurately say whether they're expensive or about right, but I feel they may be more on the upscale side. My galette was perfectly cooked and the portions of the toppings were spot on. Despite the business of the place, we were not rushed at all and actually had to flag someone down to get our check. The staff were friendly and efficient, if maybe a little harried. I'd come back to try one of the sweet crepe options, but had to go savory this time since they grind their own buckwheat for the flour used in the galettes. If you want really good crepes, I'd suggest this place if you're in the area of the Sydney Opera house.

Food selection and preparation and taste was 5-stars. Service was quick & attentive. Location was clean, festive with french modern music, and you can have a conversation without typical blaring beats. Portions are good size for individual plates.

Prosciutto, Swiss, tomato, and basil crepe... with my 1st glass of wine!

I was wandering around looking for a decent lunch, and this place scored well. The crepe selection is excellent, whether looking for sweet or savory. The crepes are delicious, and gluten free! (They should probably promote that more) The only loss of star is for service. The table had not been cleaned. I believe the prior occupants just had drinks. Empty water glasses and bottle with dirty napkins. Resolved that and ordered my meal. Decent response there, but have not yet received the 2nd glass of wine (don't judge lol!), and have watched the food delivery person try to find the tables several times. They obviously have a break in the process. So, bring a dash of patience along with your appetite, and you will be very satisfied!

Check the hours and days this place is open. I guess they cater to the M-F working crowd. On Monday around 8am they were open. The seating inside was crowded but that was ok since I wanted to sit outside. Awesome selection of gluten free options. Basically the savory selection is made with buck wheat so it's naturally gluten free and the sweet can be made gluten free. Just be sure to specify. I ordered a plain crepe with cinnamon and butter. Asked for maple syrup and it was so delicious. Also I never got sick so I feel it was truly gluten free. The service wasn't great but my husband talked to the guy working there and was told he was the manager, server and bus boy!! Not working for tips I guess is why they might be lacking in service. Also be aware if you eat outside the sea gulls and birds can be annoying and scary!!

Fantastic crêpes for both dinner and dessert. We ate here twice during a long weekend stopover in Sydney.

Starting with a choc chip hotcross bun warmed on a hotplate already had me won, add to this equation a generous scoop of cinnamon gelato, somewhat a revelation. I wait in anticipation for next easter knowing where I will be visiting when I am craving a hotcross bun. We also sampled another of their new creations, a sweet crepe called The Pink Nutella Love crepe. Did you know that pink nutella is a thing? Well it is and it is quite the treat and it is one of the ingredients that make up this delicious dessert in a pink nutella prailine as nutella, crushed oreos, strawberries, artisanal vanilla gelato and some persian fairy floss for good measure. I would usually associate crepes as being a lighter form of dessert, not in this instance. You will literally have you hands full savouring this decadent creation. Love crepe is a must if whether you have a sweet tooth or not.

Found next to the Landsdowne hotel is Mr Bing Gourmet Wrapz, who do several different types of Jian Bing, from Chinese, Korean, to Taiwanese, and an Aussie style one. The Anglicised term for Jiang Bing would be fried egg pancake similar to a scallion pancake and it's pretty much a breakfast street food in parts of Asia. If you like crepes, kebabs, burritoes, scallion pancakes, and omelettes, you will like Jiang Bing. I haven't had a good Jiang Bing in a while so I opted for the Taiwanese style one with pork floss, bao cui (fried cracker,) and Taiwanese mayo ($5.90.) Taiwanese style Jiang Bing's are typically thinner and moister than their Chinese counterparts. AWESOME. UGHHH I WANT ANOTHER ONE. I also got a Taiwanese style braised beef one ($9.90) where the meat is braised just like the beef in Beef Noodle Soup (Niu Rou Mian.) I couldn't finish this, not because it wasn't tasty but because one of these is pretty huge. It's not as wide as say a burrito from Guzman, but it's definitely longer so it's probably the same altogether. While the beef one was tasty, I can't justify spending $9.90 on this...it just seems like it's overpriced for the contents...though if you don't mind the price by all means order it and enjoy it. The pork floss on the other hand is awesome at $5.90....ordering 2 of these would be massive overkill, but delicious overkill for less than $12. Definitely will be coming back for some pork floss goodness.

So to me, this monstrosity of delicious fatty oily goodness was overkill. This thing was packed with a nice spicy mayonnaise style sauce. Korean style pork. Coleslaw, egg and other goodies. It was all a rather nice mix. Though feel the pancake may have added a little too much. Every time I went for another bite, I was put off by a raw egg smell emanating from the pancake/wrap/crêpe. I hope that was a once off. Now I love trying different foods, and I feel these guys have a good thing. But I also feel they should be experimenting with their recipes. Maybe try mixing a batter which is less pancake like and a little more savory/bread like. That would be interesting. All in all, this was super rich on the mayonnaise side and dam tasty.
