I was told it would be ready by Tuesday, but when I went to pick it up, I was told it wouldn't be done until the next day, Wednesday. I showed up, picked up my blanket, went home and was immediately sick to my stomach! The pictures tell the story. I'm trying not to be upset, but I am let down that they didn't let me know that it was damaged. He just put it in a bag and sent me on my way. Lesson learned. Just like I check my food to be sure I got what I paid for at a drive through, I need to do the same when I go to the dry cleaner to voice my concerns about the finished product. I am sick that I am going tobe embarassed giving it to my daughter for my first grand baby, but I want her to know that I had good, loving intentions. I'm not sure that I WOULDN'T recommend this business, I just know my first experience here will be my last.

The service is great, they are always helpful and never eyeballing you. I have had this pillow for 40 years and have had it re-ticked several times. I am pretty upset. They also "repaired" a pillow that my mother needlepointed and is is less than satisfactory.
