This is the only dry cleaning business I've used in Idaho, and let me tell you it will be the only one I use! I dropped off a flannel and pair of jeans just to get them dry cleaned; no crazy spills, no specific requests, just a nice simple clean! They were ready to pick up 6 days later and looked good as new! I'm not sure how much other places charge, but $14.70 seemed like an absolutely fair price to me! I can tell they stay busy because of how much clothes they had hanging up that just needed to be picked up. They also have a seamstress on site, though from reviews I've read it "seems" they may not be there everyday :P I can tell this is an Eagle staple and I'm glad to have small businesses available like this to support! read more

I brought a pair of slacks, a sports coat, 2 white button up dress shirts, 1 long dress, and 1 trench coat in last Wednesday and let them know that we'd need them back by Friday. So the prices we paid for each item had a rush fee added. I felt the cost was very fair. Their seamstress Natasha was also able to take a little length off of my husband's slacks with a rush fee and she did a great job. This locally owned business has been our choice for dry cleaning of sweaters, coats and jackets and laundering of shirts and pants since we moved to Eagle several years ago. We've been pleased with the professional outcome each time and that the cleaning has been always available on time. I understand they have a pick up and delivery service but we haven't tried it. They also have a woman on staff who does some alternations like hemming and repairs. My husband had jeans hemmed here with good results. I'm about ready to see if they'll take on hemming the sleeves of a lined wool coat. PARKING: If there is a drawback it is one not of their creation but that the location in one of Eagle's many poorly planned strip malls has a really inadequate parking lot associated. But they have a couple of short interval 'pick up' only spaces right in front of the store. ACCESSIBILITY: There are a couple of ADA parking spots in the lot but they are distant from the cleaners. The shop is level in from sidewalk and all on one floor with ample inside space for a wheelchair or walker user. IF I COULD WAVE A MAGIC WAND: And make myself a person with money to burn, I would have them launder my sheets every week! They do launder bed linens and do a beautiful job of it. But cost is outside my comfort range, which does not mean they charge too much for the quality service. read more

All staff were extremely unfriendly, unprofessional, and frankly rude. Alterations was very expensive - $10-18 for a single piece, when less than an inch of my clothes needing restitched. The stitching done on one of my EXPENSIVE dresses just looked wadded, something I could have done myself. They had not listened to what I had asked for and absolutely ruined one of my dresses. Very reasonable prices and great service I think in total I paid around $80-$90. They print you a ticket for your items and will text you when items are ready. Dropped my husbands Police uniform here for the first time. I thought I'd try a closer cleaner instead of my usual on in meridian. My mistake not asking pricing when I dropped it off. $19.90 for 1 uniform. In 13 years of dry cleaning this uniform in CA and here I've never paid more than $9.50. They charged more than double. Why? I was walking up to the door just before 6pm (the time they close), and I saw the associate at the door before he turned and walked to the back room. I reached the door and it was locked. I knocked. I looked down and the clock on my phone said 5:58, I had already paid online and needed to just grab my items really quick. No answer. I continued to knock, then attempted to call. No answer. Then I saw the lights turn off, so clearly someone was inside ignoring me. I'm not upset that they were wrapping up to close so close to 6, I'm upset that they locked the doors and ignored me. I would not recommend them. I called them on a Wednesday for Thursday pickup. I asked them to be sure they would do next day turn-around for that Friday, they said no problem, it's our standard policy. I had a business trip the following Monday, so wanted to be sure we got them before the weekend as I had an early flight.... Friday goes by, no clothes... call, leave messages, no return calls. did the same on Saturday, just their ridiculous voice mail message, no return call. Clothes show up Monday, no apology or return call. Do not use them. You're better off dropping the clothes off yourself. Horrible customer service and not acceptable turn-around time. read more
