Texted her and said I would be by that Friday. She said okay. On Friday I said I would be by at 11:30 that morning. She texted me and said she had not had time to finish them and that she would leave them UNDONE in a bag on her porch. I believe she charged me about $30 per short to just take in the waist. I found someone in my neighborhood who finished them in one week and charged me $12 per short! So, no, I would not recommend her.

During the wait, she would call numerous times with them saying they would get back to her but never doing so, on other calls saying they didn't know the status or where it was at. On her last call to them, the manager Chelsea openly laughed at her concerns and offered nothing for the trouble. After requesting that it shouldn't be paid for since it took four months, Chelsea said it wasn't really their problem since it's done by a third party. The manager showed no remorse and was even insulting when inquiring about the status of the item and it taking so long with little to no communication or explanation.

The pricing is very reasonable too; all four pieces were about $42 to clean, which is great for a large, handmade dress. I was expecting the dress alone to cost more than all four together. It was incredibly fast for a busy time of year too. I dropped my order off on Saturday and it was ready by Monday evening. The gentleman who was working when I picked up my order was friendly and he even noticed that one of my items needed to be adjusted on its hanger before I left the store. I will definitely continue to use this business for my dry cleaning, which is the only dry cleaner in my neighborhood.

I am extremely overdue in writing this review, but I need to share my story of how Jeanette saved…read moremy dress. I bought my wedding gown at an Alfred Angelo closeout sale nine months before my wedding date. Around four months later I brought the dress to a family friend whom my parents insisted I bring it to because she used to make wedding dresses. She ends up hanging on to the dress until a month before the wedding. When I get it back, I notice my dress was hemmed like a pair of pants, just folded over. The outer layer of my dress is lace and it looked like a loofa. My so-called bustle was a hole through the backside of my dress to just pull the hanger loop out from underneath. It was a mess. I showed my MOH and bridesmaids. It got to a point where they told me to just buy a new dress. I really liked my Disney dress so I made a few calls to some mobile seamstresses. They all said it was too late for my dress to be fixed. This is where Jeanette answers my call and says she could take a look and see if it can be done in 2 weeks. The next morning, I get off work from my night shift, shower, and rush on over to her place which was only 10 minutes away. I put on my dress and she starts to take apart the stitching my family friend did to the lace. It was salvageable. I saw all the dresses she had made and placed on display. I knew I was at the right place. She specialized in lace. Four days after I left my dress with Jeanette, she calls me saying my dress was finished. She really worked her magic! It was ahead of schedule and she lifted so much weight off my shoulders. I tried on the dress and it was perfect. She made a beautiful bustle with three hook points, and showed me how to find the hooks so I could show my bridesmaids. I cannot thank Jeanette enough for taking on the mess of my dress. He also provided pricing upfront, which I found very reasonable. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with friendly smiles! Since moving here this past September, I've been searching for a reliable dry cleaning and alterations spot -- and I think I may have found it. Morgan took care of my dry cleaning ($6 per garment prepaid -- love that!), and Michael helped me with my alterations. He was incredibly helpful in walking me through what was needed, what could realistically be done, and even left the pins in a few garments so I could go home, think it over, and move around in them before giving the green light. I really appreciated that thoughtful approach since I'm still on the fence about altering a couple items I didn't spend much on to begin with. Turnaround times are also great -- dry cleaning by tomorrow and alterations by next week. I'll post updates once I pick everything up! So far so good!!!

They charge you in advance to get Fukked. I pay for laundered, pressed, No Starch and No Dry Cleaning! I got starched shirts back and they circled "light starch" on the ticket after the fact, my copy read "No Starch", Total dishonesty. I wanted them redone. I got attitude from the Hispanic girl. Picked them up today; I got back crispy shirts that the Owner, Jimmy Chianis, "Dry Cleaned" himself. The same girl said he tried to call me, but he did not call me, that was a lie. Cleaners get so many items that they often make mistakes. Don't be dishonest and lie about it. Admit your mistakes and correct them right away or lose customers.
