I did speak to her husband and was told they were busy and that he would get back to me , but never did. I continued to call, leave messages and text them, but no response. I was a regular customer from when they opened (and a good tipper). The good news is that I got much better service at WHO's YOUR DOGGY in Milford. Ashley, asked lots of questions and was highly professional and courteous on the phone. She also told me that she would have an assistant to work with her because of my dog's blindness. When, Bootsy exited the groom room, he was not panting nor stressed in the least. Which was a nice surprise for me because at One Pampered Pup he was always so stressed and couldn't wait to leave. I asked her to look at a skin tag on my pet and she said, "Are you willing to pay for a biopsy? Otherwise, we'll just keep watch on it"-and she never looked at it! She said my dog is fat (She's not) and her teeth should be cleaned (She didn't look at them-only read the chart.) Worst vet ever. I have been to this clinic 6 times in the past few years and I have never seen the same doctor twice. They have a continuous staff turnover and that is a red flag to me. I won't be back, as I value my dog more than this.

Julie Ann comes every day to walk my dog every day for 30 minutes. They use an application where they show you the route of every walk, if the dog peed or pooped, and if fresh water was given with a short summary of what happened during the visit. Julie Ann even alerts me to things like when the sun room in the back of my house was getting too hot for my cat (and things of that nature) when she comes to walk my dog. I can tell she treats my pets as if they were her own. And I really appreciate that, and that's hard to find. I leave everyday for work feeling good that I know my fur babies will be under good care. I am so grateful for Jessica, the business owner as well. She is so professional. She emailed me a month in for a check in asking for feedback if anything could be better. What a stellar business. Kathy was the only person to respond to us, even calling my husband and answering his questions and giving some advice even before we signed up for classes. When we were ready to bring our dog to group training, unfortunately he did not react well to their facility. It's just one of those things you can't predict and is likely a reflection of something with his past. Fran and Stephanie were understanding and were able to make some modifications for small improvements, but they were also able to facilitate a transition from group to solo classes. Being able to work with Fran in our home has made a world of difference for our pup. She is a great support and has given us lots of tips and resources to continue this journey.

Then, a vet who had trouble treating him (because of his reactivity) strongly recommended Pet Degree. It has been a life-changer! Each lesson has built upon the next (we've done 4 lessons, so far), and Max is walking in parks. Calmly passing bikes, kids, joggers--without any reactivity. He's a different dog! Last week, I started bringing his sister, who is so fearful! The owner, Lynne, immediately introduced a calm, confidence-building atmosphere. I cannot recommend Pet Degree highly enough. I thought I was helping the cat for presurgical exam and shots at least. they care more about money than helping your pet, they all nice and lying to your face. my dogs and cats will now be going to this vet again.
