Ashley, asked lots of questions and was highly professional and courteous on the phone. She also told me that she would have an assistant to work with her because of my dog's blindness. When, Bootsy exited the groom room, he was not panting nor stressed in the least. Which was a nice surprise for me because at One Pampered Pup he was always so stressed and couldn't wait to leave. The owner provided a different story all three times he was asked to explain what occurred. He had no sympathy for any of his actions/inactions. The emergency vet actually expressed concern to us regarding HIS behaviors when finally bringing our severely injured dog in for care. They can rattle off whichever of the stories they want or create a new one. They never charged us for the stay and they/their insurance ended up paying that costly bill. They knew they were negligent and worsened the situation. Please never send your dogs here. Do better than we did. Look at the horrible things that have happened to families in the 1 star reviews. We mistakingly followed some recommendations rather than looking into that better. Do better than we did for the sake of your pups.

At one point, there was a Dogtopia that opened up 5 min. from where I work, and I made the mistake of switching daycares because it was much closer. Ended up bringing my pup back here after she was injured at that Dogtopia and I never heard back from the owner. I will never make that mistake again. Wag is so much better in terms of communication and how responsive they are to anything I bring up. Plus their staff is amazing with my pup, every time we come in they know her and are so excited to see her and vice versa. She practically forgets about me when they lead her in. Lol. And she always leaves exhausted after a day here because they have so many activities and cute little crafts they do with the pups depending on which day of the week you go. Also the indoor pool. I also boarded her here for about a week during a vacation last year and felt so at ease knowing she was safe and in such good hands. I received updates constantly. That's another thing too, the text communication makes things so quick and easy, especially for appointments. Plus they keep on top of vaccinations and fecals, which is so important. I could go on and on, but this place is like the Hilton for doggy daycares, but it's actually affordable. Lol. You won't find a better spot for your fur baby.

We got Maggie (10 month old boxer mix) a little over a month ago, and every day seemed to be worst…read morethan the last. From leash pulling to barking, and even separation anxiety, Maggie was testing our every nerve. Michael came and showed us that it was not about dominating your dog, but leading them. Through just a few verbal and visual cues we were able to help Maggie understand that she did not have to be the leader, and that we would take care of her. Now she is happy to sit back, relax, and let us take the reins. She is an absolute gem on walks now. Knowing that we will have Michael throughout Maggie's lifetime is a relief, because we know that he will be able to guide us through any future life hurdles. Thank you, Michael!

After our first session there was great improvement. Richard used positive reinforcement and it was fun for our dog. I found it simple to incorporate the training methods into our everyday activities. It's been a few months now and and Owen no longer has issues. I used what I learned with all three dogs and it's made a huge difference in our home. No more stress, all the dogs get along nicely and play together. All three dogs pay attention and listen to me. I am so happy I found Bark Busters. I couldn't ask for a better outcome. Prior to our training, Vickie explained everything to me and answered all questions. The fees are very reasonable too.
