This is a brand new Cumberland Farms Gas Station and Convenience Store built from the ground up!…read more With 16 gas pumps, there's no waiting to fill up your tank here! Then, WOW!, when you walk inside. The store is well laid out! The self serve coffee bar, which they continuously keep filled throughout the day, along with typically offering at least four kinds of fresh brewed coffee and all the little extras one would want...from multiple choices of flavored creamers, to automatic sugar dispensers. They have a great selection of fresh made sandwiches and as far as beverages, they have EVERYTHING for EVERYONE, including a walk in "Beer Cave"! Since it is South FL, where it's basically summer ten months out of the year, I can see myself coming for gas or a snack and wandering into the "Beer Cave" for a nice full body cool down! The employees were smiling and courteous. The men's restroom was clean!!! That's uncommon, as we all know, who really wants to use a restroom at a gas station? I hope they maintain the property and store. They did a great job and I'll definitely come back. and I'll end it with this...if you sign up for their loyalty program, you can save 10 cents a gallon! Who doesn't love that?!?!?

I also hate how non of their tap to pay things work at the pump. I hate having to insert my card for fear of fraud/stealing my card information. The gas station area can be kind of dirty too.

I appreciate the savings offers I receive, such as 10%-30% off full-priced items or a specific dollar amount off my purchases. Sometimes I'm lucky to get a discount on an item I'm actually buying. At times I feel like I receive discounts too often. I'll use one or two on a purchase, then immediately get a new one, along with more via text and email. I shouldn't make a big deal out of this because they really do come in handy when needed.

I frequent CVS for my prescriptions but also go to purchase other items a couple times a month …read more My insurance only works with CVS. Today, I did not get prescriptions as they close early on Saturdays. Whenever, I go through the drive thru it seems it always takes longer than just going inside. Many times I sit waiting for the person to wait on me. I have had them put me on hold in search for prescriptions and /or helping someone else, on the phone, or talking to another employee. I also had other customers stay on the lane for quite some time . If your dropping off that's what it means, it is not a wait for it.. go around and let the next customer be serviced. The employee sometimes is not paying attention as to who was on line first and will pick the closest lane all the time. I once saw a sign that said "do not hit the button to call them" .. strange I thought , then why is it there especially when they do not come to the window or pick up the phone to talk to you. However, there is a young man who has been working there for several months and he actually assists the customers. Maybe they got wind of the others and finally let them go. On to the store portion. CVS offers a "rewards program". Basically, you join and pay $5.00 a month this supercedes what you get monthly. You get a $10.00 credit to use monthly (so free $5); additionally, you can receive discounts off of various items. Coupons come when you print your receipt (best to do this). It's based on purchases you have made so you can receive additional discounts . Pay attention to the expiration date as it's usually only for a week or two not for the month. These discounts make many products cheaper than buying them at Walmart. There are a variety of items you can purchase . It's not just medicine and vitamins and OTC items but all products in various categories. This includes, but not limited to, H&B, household cleaners and items, office supplies, cards, wrapping paper, and gift cards, toys, F&B , flowers and plants, seasonal items , and a photo booth. You can also get a money gram and utilize the ATM inside. The Manager and Assistant manager at this location are always kind and helpful in assisting in any way you need. You can go to the self checkout or the actual register with an employee to check out. A quick store to run in and out of (unless your looking around for some more deals) and purchase your items quickly without taking a long time to get your items as it does in the larger chain stores.

Average quality, high prices. Their old location was bomb and this one is a dud…read more In my humble opinion, the pompano store rocked. 80% of their items were fair priced and 20% were great bargains! They always encouraged me to come back, and I did. Quality is OK day-of. Most of it needs to be eaten quickly. For instance their watermelon or mangoes wont be good after a week. That's fine but $5.99/small melon or $1/mango are almost as bad as publix. Not quite but almost. Where's the deals? If its expensive, Where's the high quality? I respect their game and wish them luck but sadly its a closed chapter for me. Its not that im not going to return out of spite, but I wont be returning simply because there's no point to. Theres no deals or anything amazing anymore. Best of luck

More like a 2.5 today. It's sad because I really liked shopping here…read more I don't know what happened to the store. They used to have beautiful fresh fruits and vegetables, a nice freezer section. I even bought a tomato tree here once. I don't come often since it's not close, but every once in a while when I'm going to Costco, I'll just drive down a little bit further and stop in and pick up some things. I was so disappointed today. They've gotten rid of 99% of freezer section and they have the old cases for sale, so that's the end of that. Today they had long tables of garbage thrown on top and I'm not quite sure what it was, but people were digging through like it was some flea market garage sale. The entire store has changed and in my opinion not for the better. I was able to pick up a couple of avocados at 3 for a $1, a bag of potatoes so I can make mashed potatoes for Thanksgiving, some tomatoes, and that's about it. I did notice that they had a table full of hot pickle tomatoes that expired 9/20/2025 so that did it for me. I don't understand why you would put out food no matter what price it is, after the expiration date. The other thing that bothered me was the 4% fee for credit card. I know as a fact, if you have the right credit card processing you pay 1.9%. They also had a tip jar at the check out...for what... so the salaried employee can slide your purchases across a scanner and you can put the items in the bags you bring. No one packs your bags here and they don't even have plastic or paper bags. With all the fees, the prices aren't any less than TJs or Aldi. I know now, I don't ever have to drive down here again.
