The Restaurant part was closed today so we walked next door and ordered hot meals to eat inside. I had the Kafta kabob sandwich with Garluc potatoes and a soda, (the meal deal). My kafta kabob was very good and the garlic potatoes were hot out of the fryer. My wife also got some sweets she was looking for, mission complete!

We have been coming to this little hole in the wall eatery, which is actually located in a Mediterranean market in a strip shopping cent directly off SR 7/441 As you enter the store you are greeted with the enticing aroma of Mediterranean food being grilled which automatically gives your celebrity glands a jumpstart! The menu is extensive with all the grilled meats and the Shawarma's both served as a platter or individually. The original owner came from Montreal Canada, and surprisingly they have Poutine Fries on the menu too! You woke up to the counter with has an open kitchen behind it and you order your meal right there. The gentleman behind the counter was extremely polite and helpful The wifey had the Falafel wrap meal, and I had the chicken Shawarma wrap. We sat right in the middle of the store, which as I mentioned previously is quite a unique experience and we enjoyed our lunch as it was very flavorful. We have in the past taken their various family meals home, which have been very generous in quantity, very tasty and quite reasonable. Yes, we will be back here when in the area Fellow Yelpers if you are in the mood for a quick Mediterranean lunch or dinner do pop in and give this place a try you will not be disappointed!

This is a tiny little gem hidden away in a strip mall on SR7 right after Holmberg going north- drive by too fast and you'll miss it. This is a grocer and deli-style eatery. You can find all types of Middle Eastern groceries (tahini, grape leaves, spices, mamoul, fava beans, pita, katiafi, etc) as well as a decent selection of prepared foods (falafel, hummus, shawarma, kafta, sfiha pies, etc). I stopped by for a quick lunch and to browse their grocery offerings. I ordered their falafel platter and poutine (yes, apparently the owner lived in Canada, so you can find poutine in this Lebanese store). I found a seat outside, because the weather was amazing, and the seating inside was too cozy (erm...tight) for me. Our food was delivered to our table, and we enjoyed our food outside. I would love to see them put a garbage outside, since our food was served in disposable containers, because we had to walk to the end of the strip to toss our plates. Overall the platter was delicious, but felt that spices (namely cumin and garlic) were weak in their hummus (which was perfectly creamy and spreadable). This was my first time having poutine, so my review might be unfair. The fries were drowning in the gravy that was a tad over salted, but I would definitely like to try it again with less gravy. This place is an experience, and if you like Lebanese food you should definitely check it out.

I cant even bother with an intro like I typically do with my reviews, just grab your keys, wallet and get in your car right this instant to go to Yalla Market! This was the best meal I've had in awhile. Its awesome because once you order your food, you can browse the market while you wait. Very friendly service, too, who also check up on you throughout your meal. We ordered the cheese rolls (3), the spinach and feta pie, the falafel sandwich and the chicken shawarma platter which comes with rice, potatoes, pita, salad and garlic sauce. Lord have mercy when I say that chicken platter was one of the tastiest dishes I've ever had in my life, I am not even being dramatic. The chicken was cooked to perfection, the rice was tender and fluffy, and the potatoes?! Don't even get me started, I almost got 50 sides of them to-go I loved them so much. The salad was a nice fresh addition in between bites. I didn't even know I liked pickled turnips! And the pita was pillowy soft. The falafel sandwich was one of the best we've ever had. In all transparency I completely forgot to take a picture because I had blacked out from how good the chicken platter was. The falafel had a fantastic mixture of spices, crispy on the outside, but soft and delectable inside, would absolutely get again. The cheese rolls? Could've eaten 100 of them. I ate them so fast I didn't even realize they came to the table. Super crispy dough and a hot melty cheese blend inside...what more could you ask for? The spinach and feta pie I will say wasn't what we were expecting. Tasted just like a flatbread, but it was still very good! Its not just spinach and feta, they also add what tastes like lemon for some zest. While it's not super cheap, they are big portions and it is 100% worth every penny. I will absolutely be back. Probably will be in there so often they'll get sick of me!

Ordered through uber eats! Absolutely delicious food. Everything we ordered was fantastic, and we're really picky eaters over here. I really cannot stress enough how good every single thing was. The people preparing these meals are doing it intentionally, with their heart. You can actually taste the love. I ordered the Chicken shawarma platter. It came with rice, chicken, salad, and potatoes. The salad! I'm not a greens person, so I usually never eat my salad. I ate this whole thing. It was so light and refreshing. I tasted mint and it was so pleasant and unexpected. The chicken!! It was so moist, tender and flavorful. So was the rice. I could eat platefuls of that rice. The potatoes. They were good! Like home fries but seasoned. I was unsure if garlic sauce came with the order but to my surprise it did! Falafel! We ordered 3. I wasn't sure how large/small they were. Larger than a silver dollar but smaller than a puck. They were crispy and delicious. My husband had the combo shawarma sandwich which comes with beef and chicken. He LOVED it and said he could eat it every single day. He had no notes. My only note is uber-specific: I wish you could add a note for your meal. I cannot eat gluten and would have wanted to request no bread on my order. That's it. That's the note. I just don't like wasting food. Overall, I'm shook to say that a take out order had no real notes. Everything was delicious, everything was made by a person with real ingredients. I'm so used to eating mediocre manufactured food made by money hungry restaurants and chains that I forgot what real food was like. We will definitely be coming here more often. To think the only reason we ordered was because we saw their restaurant signage driving by.

This was my second visit to this cute grocery store and small restaurant. The first time was approximately 7 years ago. When I walked in I noticed how clean and organized everything was. I had a fair idea where everything was so I headed to the cooler and picked up a container of hummus and babaganush. I couldn't believe the price stayed the same. Prices of everything everywhere else has gone up but theirs didn't. I walked to the side of the store and as I was reading the ingredients to the pita bread to make sure there were no eggs, a friendly young man walked up and asked if I needed help. I told him I wanted to make sure the bread didn't have eggs. He looked with me and confirmed it didn't. He then said if I need help he'll be at the front. Wonderful service. I picked up my cardamom coffee and a few other things before ordering dessert and a falafel wrap. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw the elderly gentleman from years ago come out to make my falafel. The young man told him no onions. He joked, no falafel and we all laughed. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. There's a variety of similar products I use coming from an Indian Caribbean American. Also being vegetarian, there are a lot of options. I encourage you to come visit this establishment, you won't regret it. I am still in my car in the parking lot. Everything was wonderful and I could not wait to write a review (plus I'm having my falafel) Too good to wait till I get home which is 20 minutes away.

The pickled veg & sald were fresh and contrasted nicely with the aromatic spiced chicken shawarma, roasted potatoes, rice, and creamy toum!

I must've been living under a rock as I discovered the other day, a shawarma spot right off of Holmberg road! Being a sucker for middle eastern cusuine, I had to check this spot out. Going inside, the restaurant had super market yet casual street food vibes. The isles were filled with all sorts of foreign spices, condiments, pitas, and more! For dinner, I just ordered 1x chicken shawarma with the fixings (salad, pickled turnips, pickles, chicken shawarma, roasted potatoes, and pita with toum). Going into my review, the food was awesome! The pickled veg & sald were fresh and contrasted nicely with the aromatic spiced shawarma, roasted potatoes, rice, and creamy toum! My only small critique is that for a $20+ plate, I found it a little ridiculous that this place charges you $2 for an extra container of sauce. But despite this, everything was super fresh, and I'd probably wind up coming back here again. Overall, I'd give Yalla Market a 4.5/5!

Came here out of curiosity as I've been looking for baklava. This place was exactly what I've been looking for! It was so nostalgic for me, as the last time I've had good baklava was when I served in the military overseas, thank goodness I was able to contain my emotion. The service was great and timely. I asked was the baklava made in house and was informed it's imported from Turkey, however, it was fresh and delicious. It's a small market, with a few tables to dine in. Overall a great source for all your mediterranean and middle eastern food needs.

    The cheese is amazing.

They are located right next to Publix, plenty of parking and the restaurant has a very cozy and beautiful indoor interior. The employees were very friendly and welcoming, our waiter explained the menu and gave us recommendations. We ordered few small items and everything was fresh and flavourful... but I had a very big surprise about my favourite Tabbouleh salad. I always order this salad in many different states and countries and I love it. This was the only time I couldn't eat it. It was just way too much green onion in it (really competing with parsley). Like tons and large crunchy pieces of green onion. I took the salad home hoping my husband would eat it but he said "This is green onion Tabbouleh, not parsley". So yeah, that's my only disappointment here. Maybe it was the only time they made it like that by accident.. or maybe that's their ratio recipe, I wasn't sure. The Lentil soup was delicious! Also my friend's dish - the lamb and roasted veggies were pretty good. I would love to come back and try another dishes, their famous tea and/or coffee.

NEW FAMILY FAVORITE ALERT…read more My family and I love Mediterranean cuisine and this restaurant is officially a go-to. We started with several appetizers including spinach pies, falafel, and the Hommous sampler. The falafel was crisp and packed with flavor! I can't recommend the toum (garlic dip) enough. I would put this spread on anything! Another standout that we were all pleasantly surprised was their fries! These are the crispiest, most delicious side dish. Don't skip them. For dinner we had their moussaka and shish combo. The lamb, chicken, and kabobs were perfectly cooked- so flavorful and juicy! For dessert we had their bread pudding and Dubai chocolate brownie that came recommended from our waitress. Definitely enough to share and very decadent. Lastly, I want to compliment the service. Our drinks were always full, food came out altogether, and they took the time to explain various dishes and how they differ from the typical Mediterranean dishes. Our waitress was an absolute delight!
