Came to Night Owl cookies on a Thursday evening, specifically for the Labubu cookies. I purchased four Labubu cookies, one chocolate chip and one Fruity Pebble. I was a little confused, because I thought the whole point of the Labubu cookies, based on the advertising, was that they were individually boxed, similar to a blind box, so that you didn't know what Labubu sticker you would get. But all four of my cookies came in the same box. Regardless, the cookies were really good. However, they were pretty bland looking. The stickers themselves were cute, but the cookies were really sloppily and poorly decorated as you can see in the picture. The chocolate chip was phenomenal, loaded with chocolate chips and I can see how it would be even better after a couple seconds heated up. The Fruity Pebble cookie would have been better had the Fruity Pebbles not been super super stale. I think $5 per cookie is reasonably priced compared to competitors. Everything about my visit to this Night Owl Cookies was a 10 out of 10! It was spotlessly clean, the gentleman working was so nice and so helpful, I'm really sorry I didn't get his name. There a glimpse of him in one of my pictures so if the manager or owner of the store knows who it is he deserves many accolades! The hardest part here is choosing which cookie or cookies you want. Each cookie has the same consistent quality. They're large, super fresh, soft in the middle, and warm when delivered. They're not over-the-top sweet or overloaded with frosting like some other popular cookie chains. These taste more like gourmet versions of a traditional cookie, and that's what makes them so good. If you're not a fan of Crumbl and you prefer a warm, fresh, classic-style cookie that's done really well, Night Owl is it. Got a box of night owl cookies and they didn't disappoint. I'm a huge fan of marshmallow cookies so when I saw the marshmallow one I knew I had to grab it it was delicious it was gooey and chocolatey and even has a big graham cracker on top for that crunch. As part of an exclusive Yelp event, I had the pleasure of trying out Night Owl Cookies and wow! These cookies were huge with a perfect chewy texture and just the right thickness. I had these cookies delivered as part of the promotion so I don't have anything to say about the service or location itself. My favorite was the classic chocolate chip. The amount of chocolate chips that are generously scattered throughout was unreal. When you break apart the cookie, it's really soft but still holds its shape. My second runner up was the birthday cake cookie. The cookie was soft, but still had that crunch from all the rainbow sprinkles and that classic birthday cake taste (subtle enough where it wasn't too overwhelming). Popped in by chance as we headed to CF for a birthday luncheon. This Monday morning we got to meet the General Manager and he was first rate in service and gratitude. They had multiple flavors this week, with at least 8-10+ available. We settled on the first 4 cookie box for a friend and then grabbed another for our family before leaving. There were quite a few options from which to choose. Of the ones I tried, my favorites were the red velvet one and one that tasted like a brownie more than a cookie. In each case, I could only have a bite at one time as the cookies were quite sweet to me, but that didn't stop me from going back and trying another bite or two more! A single cookie is $4.25 while a 12 pack is $39. The cookies are very rich and sweet. I cut mine in quarters and a small piece at a time is enough for me. They do not rotate flavors and may have a new one for the week but usually have the same flavors in rotation from what staff told me. We ordered and waited about 20 minutes and from what I saw these cookies are baked and stored open then when you order, they are heated up. We tried 4 flavors and I can say that the texture and density was everything I have been searching for. They were not too sweet and tasted exactly as named.
