This was a surprisingly modern hotel. The receptionist (Mary, I think) was very kind and allowed me to check in early, so I could freshen up before my afternoon meeting. There's a bar inside and I guess that they serve breakfast and dinner. I didn't stay long enough to try. I also had a chance to look at the pool and the workout room. Both looked good. The room was a nice size and it was great to have the air running when I arrived. It was set at 70, which was perfect for the hot June day. The location was decent, with a short 10-20 min Uber to get to the local spots, including my local office. I'll be back, for sure. read more

The other reviews are accurate. When you walk in you feel that this is a modern, nice hotel, with a massive lobby with ceilings that go 3 stories tall, but that's the nicest part. Once you approach the elevators the facelift drops. The internet has no passcode, and is quite slow, especially for a hotel oriented towards business travelers. The desk has no power station, i.e. there was a single power outlet available which is unacceptable these days. I had to unplug a lamp to get more outlets near the desk. The rooms are large, but unnecessarily so, there's no benefit. I have an inside facing room, so when I open the window it looks into the lobby, so the room has no natural light. The toilet paper is incredibly cheap for a hotel. The pool appears to be permanently closed. There is a flashing light on the fire detector that goes all night. Credit to the staff, they are nice and friendly. There is free coffee in the morning. There is adequate parking. Unless I had no choice I wouldn't opt to stay here again. read more

The lobby was a good first impression as it is massive....but after that it was just subpar. You can tell it's been renovated and the layout is a little odd. Instead of my window looking to the outside it looked out into the lobby. It felt odd seeing people outside my 2nd floor window and it prevented natural light from coming in. With no overhead lights in the room it kind of felt like a cave. The staff was all very friendly which helped, but with no breakfast included and no other meal available onsite, I am going to guess there are better options in the city. read more

We had a group block for a weekend, and they were super accommodating and gracious to us. If I could rate it 10 stars I would. Amanda was phenomenal to work with and provided a board room for our group to use over the weekend. She was super responsive when I had questions, and she even offered a buffet breakfast to our group to help us get out the door quicker in the mornings. They absolutely went over and above for us and offered us a good group rate as well. We will definitely be staying here again, thank you so much for the great experience. Clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff made it a wonderful stay. Amanda Webb even followed up with me days after our stay to make sure everyone received the correct rate. She is a great asset to this property, thank you again for doing everything to make it a good stay for us. read more

The customer service here is absolutely horrible! I came here with my parents. We were hoping to enjoy a drink at the bar, but they closed early...But that's okay because we had also brought our own bottle of wine. However the hotel would not let us use their wine opener. They were incredibly rude and unhelpful. I would recommend staying somewhere with a more competent receptionist! read more

Hotel was in good location. I've stayed at several Four Points before but this one had an odd foyer and strange atrium. Tiny check in desk with only 2 counters pushed to the side of the entry. Atrium had a cold feel to it, white 3 story ceilings only made it feel colder. The embassy suites have open atriums like this but they are warm, cosy, lots of plants and usually a water feature. The check in guy mentioned 24/7 coffee but there was no sign of it until checking out the next morning. Elevator was old, dated and slow. Dropped stuff into room, it was well appointed and spacious. Returned later and went to bar cause I saw a chalkboard saying happy hour from 8pm to 10pm, it was Thursday at 815pm but lady working bar said there was no specials. I ordered a few beers with fries and wings, while I was ordering my partner was taking some photos of the lobby, I'm a travel agent and travel blogger, the same guy working the desk came storming over asking him who he's with. He's not a professional, we are guests and that's not the appropriate way to handle the situation. While eating he was snooping around checking behind pillars to check if we were taking more photos. Feeling uncomfortable we took the rest to go and went to the room. The bed was Devine, very comfortable and welcoming. read more

Arriving 2pm, one hour earlier than we expected, the staffs gave us to check in right away because she saw us having a toddler to be relaxed from long distance driving. How considerate she was. Clean, spacious, contemporary and affordable with plenty of clean towels and sheets, Activ Body Care dispenser. Lots of eateries nearby. And one more thing, Amazeum for kids, Walmart Museum, Crystal Bridge Museum of American Art, are 10 minutes distance from here. Fyi; there's no available for pool due to the fact of the pandemic. Absolutely disappointing. When I first walked into the lobby, I was impressed and checked in at the table. I went to my room, and it wasn't even clean. I went back downstairs, told the front desk, an I got a new key (pretty sure it was also added to the bill) After I unloaded my stuff, I walked downstairs to see the pool an gym. The gym was open and the pool was closed. This was disappointing, because when I noticed there was a pool, I had my hopes high for the hotel to leave me a potentially good review about this place. I returned to my room to get ready to go to Crystal Bridges, and I almost sat in the couch when I saw a stain on it (I thought it was a cockroach). After I got back from Crystal Bridges, I was exhausted. I laid down in bed, and noticed something blinking red, and discovered it was the fire alarm, and because of that, I got about an hour of sleep. In conclusion the experience wasn't the best. Wouldn't recommend going to. read more

I stayed in the hotel for a full week and had a great stay. The rooms were modern, clean and over all the property is in good shape. The only major complaint I have is the internet does get slow when there are a lot of guests on the property. The hotel is very convenient to downtown, Walmart Home Office and tons of great places to eat. The staff was wonderful and always asked what they can do to make my stay better. The bonus to the property is Flavors Indian Restaurant which is attached to the hotel. It has one of the BEST Indian buffets I have had and they have a private door from the lobby into the restaurant. read more

Super old and outdated. The bed sheets are worn out with a rough, bumpy feel. There is an old smell/scent in the room. I cannot open the room drapes because it faces directly to a parking space of the next hotel. No privacy. I had to leave the drapes closed the entire time. There's not enough light in the room. I've stayed here a couple of times. Both times occurred on a holiday. The first time I stayed here, there were a couple of complications. Customer service worked it out and reimbursed me by offering a free night stay. I again booked the same hotel. This time with a very pleasant experience and no complications at all. The hotel is very clean, classic, and everything is high quality. I really enjoy this hotel. We were here for one night in August 2018 and do not recommend. This is significantly worse than other Sheratons we've stayed at and would try somewhere else if in Bentonville again. The rooms were under-furnished and freezing cold. We had an interior view (very dark) and beds were fine, nothing special. Bathroom was clean but had cheap toiletries. The layout of the lobby and front desk is bizarre. The entrance area is huge but the front desk is pushed toward the very front. The whole hotel is kind of bleak and I won't be back. read more

Josh and his staff are well set to run a most excellent hotel. This Four Points delivers on everything you'd expect; Clean rooms, good service, great meeting rooms and a large lobby with plenty of chairs and couches the either relax or do some business. Located less than two miles from the largest employer in the area, this Four Points is poised to be popular with the business traveler. It doesn't suck to have more SPG properties in the NW Arkansas area and I'm certain this will be my goto hotel going forward. read more

Used some of my Starwood points for a free room here. I was not disappointed. The hotel was clean and the staff was more than friendly. We came during an away game in the football season and during Thanksgiving break, so the hotel was pretty empty. The outside of the property looks like it may be a little older, but you can tell the inside has had an almost complete renovation. Didn't try any of the food onsite or anything at the bar, but the set up they had in the bar area looked pretty cool. They have a decent sized indoor pool and hot tub. The gym is a pretty good sized room, but really only has some treadmills and free weights. Could definitely improve it with the space in the gym. Two complaints on the hotel, be prepared to wait 5 days to pull out of the hotel parking lot because it is located on a busy road. Not really the hotel's fault I guess, just something that is inconvenient. The other thing is that there are 3 hotels crammed in right next to each other. If you have an outside room facing the other hotel, you are pretty much looking into the other hotel guests rooms, as well as them looking into yours. This makes for a pretty terrible view as well as a lack of privacy. Would I recommend to someone, or come back and stay again? Yes and yes. read more

To say that I've stayed at the Four Points in Bentonville a couple of times is an epic understatement. In total, I've spent ~25 nights here, spread across 8 weeks. With that being said, I believe I now know this place inside and out. The Four Points is a decent alternative to the Aloft to say the least. When you drive up to the Four Points, you'll see that it has a pretty large parking lot, but there actually aren't that many cars here. Pretty interesting considering the fact that this place, as well as the Aloft, tend to be sold out for weeks at a time. Nonetheless, when you go through the doors, this place indeed does seem empty. The front desk staff here is pretty nice. For the countless weeks that I've been coming here, they've always been welcome and pretty accommodating. Amenities here include a full bar and "restaurant", plenty of work spots with outlets on the first floor, a decent sized gym, and a small pool. Compared to what they offer at the Aloft, the Four Points blows it out of the water. Room service here has been pretty hit or miss for me. I've probably used room service at this hotel 20+ times so I've pretty much tried everything on their menu. For breakfast, their country potatoes are incredibly overly salted to the point where I don't even bother to eat it anymore. The other items are on the saltier side too, but at least they're somewhat bearable. Coffee here isn't too bad actually, so that's always a plus that you don't have to drive somewhere else like Starbucks to grab a cup. The punctuality of the room service here is also hit or miss. There have been times in which I've asked for a 7am delivery and it doesn't show up until 7:30, leaving me literally 5 minutes to eat my meal. I understand that this place is relatively new, but I've stayed here for over 2 months, and place my breakfast order the day before. Room-wise, they're pretty standard. In the bathroom, you have the same setup as the Aloft, with the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided to you in those wall pumps. The bed here is fine, but with all Sheraton properties, I find that their pillows are a little of the softer side. I prefer pillows with a little more volume, but that's a personal tidbit. In Northwest Arkansas, you don't really have a lot to choose from when it comes to hotels. All major hotel brands are here, but they're here with their cheaper/affordable brands. You won't find a Westin or a JW Marriott in this area, so it's left to you to choose between a Four Points and a Marriott Courtyard. Nonetheless, the Four Points is close to the freeway, and to your granddaddy company of them all: Walmart. Just don't expect much from the room service. read more

I'm henceforth going to call this place Zero Points by Sheraton. I walked in late on a weekday night with a confirmed reservation only to be told that they were overbooked (?!). They then pointed me to the Microtel down the road saying they'd reserved a room for me there. To be clear, I wasn't trying to check in to a fancy casino in Vegas right in the middle of a big convention in town....this was a regular Tuesday night in Bentonville. In all my years of travel (esp personal travel during overcrowded long weekends), never have I come across a hotel that's been overbooked when I've actually had a confirmed reservation. The least these guys could've done is called/emailed in advance so I'd have been prepared for the situation. Some places just don't understand the concept of customer service, this hotel is a prime example. Stay away or be prepared to be turned away. read more

Where do I start, the front entrance of this motel is exquisitely decorated very friendly, and extremely inviting. The rooms are modern and comfortable, very well dressed, the bed is very comfortable lots of pillows and very nice sheets and blankets. Let's discuss the restaurant area and the bar. Laura, the bartender, is exquisitely trained in making delicious cocktails. Not only was she accommodating when we requested to take drinks back to our room, she also explain to us the art of making an old-fashioned cocktail. She detailed to us the skill and art of making an "old fashioned". Even if you do not spend the night here please stop and see this talented charismatic bartender. We arrived late to hotel on Aug 1, 2017. Our rooms were not as we requested. They gave us double beds instead of King and our rooms were not adjoined. The next morning, we had breakfast in the lobby/bar/eating area. I took a bite of the bacon and it was very strong and foul tasting. I didn't take another bite but instead ate the French Toast I ordered. Within 2-3 hours I got extremely ill. For 18 hours I experienced vomiting and diarrhea. Our trip was ruined. I was diagnosed with Food Poisoning. I am giving this hotel a 1 star as the staff were nice. read more

I'm shocked & HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!! We are extensive travelers & have thousands of Starwood points & this being the reason we stayed at Four Points in Bentonville. Yes the hotel was recently refurbished (with very minimal & strange decor) however, the suite room was below standard & was not furnished with the bare minimal (advertised) essentials. After spending $55 dollars on sinus/allergy medicine from not being able to breath at night was our final straw of our 4night stay over the course of a busy holiday weekend. We could visibly see the dust floating in the air & told the front desk. NO refrigerator, NO microwave (advertised) & dead outlets in our room. At $170 a night I expect our room to have at least what is advertised. The lady attending the bar was strangely rude, extremely opinionated, took advertised smoke breaks, & was offended when I didn't like the drink that was (pushed) given to me instead of the simple two part drink I ordered. I did try "her" extremely sweet "special" drink & then kindly denied it. She then placed it to the side of the bar & said, "I have a friend coming in & he will drink it, know need to waste alcohol." After a long day this was not an attractive place to unwind & spend more money. However the attendants who checked us in was kind & always pleasant. The rooms & this hotel is similar to a basic old style holiday inn (& not worth adding to our points) nor was it worth paying full rate - it was at best a $70-$80 night hotel. Sadly we will choose another hotel on our next visit & not stay at a Starwood hotel. read more

Definitely inferior to other Sheraton's I have stayed. Staff was nice, but room was not cleaned well at all. My room looked nothing like the room photos posted on this site by Fred B. in March of 2015. Either they have two different classes of rooms, or that photo is from a different hotel. In fact, if you look closely through the window shears there seems to be several tall buildings outside. Those weren't there when I stayed in October 2016... Hmmm.. read more
