After having a signed agreement in place with GF Company and paying half of the contract price, it was difficult to get the company to come out and complete the job. They initially forgot to schedule our job, and worked on newer jobs before us. Then, they did not complete the work listed on our contract. They kept telling us they would come out to finish then never would. They had a laundry list of excuses for not completing the work. The main office stopped returning my calls, or even answering the phone when I called. My sales rep was the only one who would take my calls. They finally came out THREE MONTHS after we had a signed agreement in place and finished the work. I had to call them several times a week to get them to come out, as every single time they told me they would be there on a specific day, they would not show up and give me some new excuse about why they couldn't show up. I'm not convinced they would have showed up to my house unless it was abundantly clear that I was at the house, taking a day off from work, to make sure they showed up. They told me they would be there at 8am, and that we were the first job of the day. They showed up 3.5 hours late, and required calls to make sure they were on their way, which they were not. If I had known it would be this much work just to get them to perform the work I paid for, I would have gone with a different company.
