Not a fan of this location. Thought I would try a business near my normal location but highly disappointed. There was a problem with the car in front of me and the attendant took his time helping the get through the gate. The cheap price to wash your car was what you get.. not enough to wash the dirt off the back of my car. Let me say you get what you pay for... I will not use this location again. read more

Upgraded car wash to platinum after oil change. Had to request clean cloth to wipe down inside after I tipped. Interior windshield nasty and dirtier than when brought car in. Car mats still dirty. Called and asked to speak with MOD. He didn't seem to care. This place has gone downhill. They used to take pride in business. Won't be back. read more

The original owners of Four Seasons I would have given them 10 stars. The new owners are run by kids that need adult supervision. When my car exits the wash it still has soap on it and the blow dry doesn't dry the sides of my car. Never had this problem with the previous owners read more

I just left this car wash after paying $15 for the Wheels&Wax package, which also included a basic wash and dry. After pulling into one of the vacuum stations, i realize that not only are my wheels still dirty, but the vacuum station i pulled into didn't have properly working vacuums. I checked the other vacuums at the neighboring stations and those seemed to barely work either (all the other stations were filled). Pretty disappointed and felt like i just got cheated out of $15- now i'm taking a trip to another car wash to hopefully find some working vacuums. Gonna have to clean my wheels at home too. read more

Super disappointed. I have been going here for years. I got a new car two weeks ago and went through the car wash here yesterday and took off all the paint on one of my hubcaps. It changed the color on all of them but the back left passenger side is the worst. I called and called and no answer. I went up there and the Manager Zack looked at it and said there is nothing i can do. He suggested I spray paint them. I am so upset about this. To buy new ones from VW they are $48each! The worst part is he didn't even offer to refund my car wash. I will never go back here and I would suggest you don't either! Customer Service is HORRIBLE! read more

Always a great wash. Drove through this past Saturday with my son. He was in the back in his carseat and waived at the young man spraying the car before entering the wash. The attendant waived back and then started pretending like he was shooting my son with the sprayer...at his window. My son loves the carwash and I appreciated the interaction. It was a gorgeous Saturday and he was working, but took the time to have some fun. That stuff matters! read more

The attitude of some of the Staff is negative if you are Black! I had an issue with a wash that I had purchased and was treated with disrespect. This prompted me to contact the owner! Unable to make contact, I did what I'm doing right now made a Review. An hour or so later I received a call. He apologized for what had happen and invited me back with an comp $20.00 wash. Well when I went in to take him up on the wash, I was met with more negative words. Like do I have a recite or card. I was told to just give my name to get the wash! The first encounter was the same as my first the young man made it seem like I was trying to get something for free! ! ! I did get the wash after an investigation with the "GM" this will Be My last visit! I'm a Vietnam Vet that will not put up with this type of disrespect from anyone! read more

Usually I have had good experiences but the staff today at 2:30 on Thursday August 30th was completely unprofessional. Assuming that I could not hear when two guys were spraying the car, one employee said "this is what happens when your parents get mad about the car that they bought you gets dirty" and laughed with another employee which was very annoying. If they have issues with me being young and driving a nice car please say it to my face and do not make completely unprofessional comments like this when you think I can't hear you! The family and I were regulars to this car wash but honestly I don't tolerate these unprofessional statements and WILL NOT BE BACK. COMPLETELY DISRESPECTFUL! read more

This is a brand new facility with excellent equipment, staff, and prices! Plenty of vacuum stations and even a free car mat shampoo machine! The best car wash in the area! read more

The customer service today was awful and inexcusable!! The attitude of gestures and looks one attendee gave us when the fast pass wasn't working were crazy! There was no one of authority there when it's crazy busy to help with the situation. We will not be back!! read more

Visited Monroe location and employee tried to fold my mirror in and broke it. Once I spoke with management they claimed my mirror was already damaged and tried to blame it on paint shop that recently painted my truck. I'm not someone out to get something for nothing, but they should be held responsible for the damages caused by their employee. It's the managements responsibility to train their employees and clearly that's not what happens here. If so the employee would've known the mirrors don't fold in. I spoke with Sean their general manager to try and resolve this matter, but he said they were not willing to repair the damages. He was even unwilling to offer a refund for the car wash or apologize for my experience! Now I have a mirror broken off and slight damage caused to my door. This matter could have been easily resolved, but clearly there motto "Your experience here will be our top priority" is far from the truth. I will never use any of their locations again and would highly recommend washing your vehicles yourself! read more
