When I asked one of the managers why was there so much soap at end of the wash, he said something about that settings being off and they were trying to get corrected. My vehicle was in the bay when the rain started, I asked the manager for a chain check re wash since the rain was happening. He informed me that they did not do issue rain checks on platinum washes and that I should go download the app. I just spent $70 dollars and hour of my life for nothing. I paid almost $40 for the car wash. Guys did a terrible job cleaning inside. I had to come home and clean my windows and vacuum and dust.

I feel a little silly for reviewing a car wash place, but this Mr. Clean is really nice! The staff is friendly and the reception area is nice and clean. I went in for an emissions test on my car and was pleasantly surprised with a free basic car wash afterwards. $20 for an emissions check and car wash is a good deal! I was in and out on a semi-busy day in under 30 minutes. I will definitely be returning the next time I need a car wash! read more

Oil change station does what they do with the exception of always trying to sell something like air filter or cabin filter (my car doesn't have a cabin filter). Even after showing the filter to me with little to no dirt, they insist it needs changing. The car wash alone is decent. The helpers have always left puddles of water in cup holders and the seats are damp. Maybe they feel rushed or just don't take the time to do that last minute wipe. read more

I have been going to the Mr. Clean car wash Pleasant Hill Road location for many years and always got great service. I was glad to find this one nearer to me. But the first try will be the last. First, they don't have kiosks to scan your VIP card on your phone. I had to ask the attendant to scan it so I would get the points. I bought the $28 gold interior and exterior wash. It was a waste of money. They told me they were done less than five minutes after I pulled around from the tunnel. It was obvious they hadn't touched the interior. I had to tell them to vacuum it, since that was the whole reason I had bought the wash in the first place. He spent about 30 seconds doing that. Worst service I have ever received and I will NEVER be back at the Grayson location! read more

First time here... holy long wait and high prices. So I got the gold package with the interior clean.. $30. There were about 3 cars front of me. You don't have to get out for the wash but you do for the interior of course. It's not touchless so the car gets a good beating. Once we exit the wash there's a back up in the interior clean area. They have a nice waiting room where you can see your car & catch the game. It was so backed up I basically sat and watched my car dry in the sun which was pretty annoying since I paid and extra $12 for it to be towel dried. Now I will say they cleaned the heck out of my car but next time I'll go somewhere else... I'm not interested in investing this much time into washing my car. read more

Very disappointed. This is the first tome I've used this particular place. I admit my car was a bit of a mess but certain areas weren't even touched. If they needed additional money to get it right I'd of gladly paid it. There are places that were not wiped down at all. Some areas not even hit with a vacuum. Door cubbies , cup holder in seats. Seat track has glass in it that wasn't vacuumed out. It isn't an actual detail. Which is what I was asked if I wanted. To have crap left in the car to this degree is not right. I did return on Friday to have one of the cars I had in on Wednesday cleaned again, under carriage. A very nice employee greeted me and was very helpful. When I got back to tires plus with the car... they said it looked great. He also apologized for what had happened a few days prior. I know sometimes things go wrong and I am certainly willing to give them another shot because of the way this guy handles the problem. Very nice! read more

Several years ago I stopped going here as my vehicle would not be ready when they said it was. Apparently they don't expect you to walk around your car and check for obvious missed bugs. I had just bought a new truck and it was dirty after a road trip so I thought I would give this place another chance. Enjoyed sitting in the comfortable chairs inside until they came inside to get me. I walked around the truck and of course there were still dead bugs on the mirrors, grille, headlights, bumper etc. I went back inside while they went back to work on it. Again I was told it was ready and again there were still dead bugs all over the grille and hood. Someone that I believed was a manager came over and I was pointing out all the obvious bugs that were still there to him. He told me that some of them were now permanently on there due to them being on there for too long. I informed him that seemed unlikely as the truck was only three months old. While he was still standing there I took my finger and wiped at one of the bugs on the grille and the entire bug mess came right off with just my bare finger. I wiped the bug guts on a nearby towel while the manager watched in bewilderment before going back in to wait for a third time. Came back out a third time and obvious bugs were still there. At that point I was done and just got in the truck to leave. As I pulled off one of the kids working there shouted "we work for tips you know!". I had a tip in my pocket for them, just like I have every time I have gone there. But when you don't actually clean the vehicle in one or even two attempts you don't deserve a tip. No more chances for this place. read more

If I could post a starless review I would. Received a car wash from this location. My car was left with damage. Manager didn't introduce himself as the manager for at least ten minutes. Employees then start to try to "fix" the problem by taping my vehicle unauthorized. Instantly this business instead of making things right tries to go the innocent route. They then have a jiffy lube worker then try to "diagnose" the problem. When he's not certified to. Manager proceeds to create false statement for me to sign. I confronted manager on report asked him to change it and he did. Called corporate days later NO RESPONSE. Left a message for Edwin I believe to be the regional manager. NO RESPONSE. A day later Edwin calls back I began talking for 2 minutes he says, "Hey let me do some more investigating and call you back." Never calls back actually has the GM email me a week later saying they aren't responsible for the damage of vehicles 7 years or older. I have every picture documented. Luckily I was taught to take a million pictures and also a video of the Manager and employees applying PAINTERS TAPE to my car and all the damage. Not ideal but I've had to reach out to our family lawyer for legal action. Bad business. read more

Went today for a carwash and to get the dog hair vacuumed out of the back. In the past, I'd get the car washed in Atlanta and was never really pleased. So, I did not expect much today. After my Jeep was washed, I waited in the guest lobby area (which was clean and comfortable) while they vacuumed and cleaned the interior. The customer service was good and attentive. When the Jeep was ready, I didn't inspect it (as usual) but tipped the guys and was on my way. It wasn't until later at the grocery store where I opened the back and saw the amazing job the guys did cleaning and vacuuming just about all the dog hair! I was impressed! Typically, these types of places would tell me I'd have to pay premium and use special tools/brushes to remove dog hair. Today, I got the average Gold package and some hardworking guys that did an amazing job! read more

This location frequently has issues with their equipment. Pulled in today, and the line was 8 deep with no one at the check-in area. Asked the first driver in line if they were just backed up, or the equipment was down. He stated equipment was down. I wasn't surprised because this is the case at least 50% of the time I visit. Wow what a change in how they work. Have been going here for a couple years now and getting good service. Go here today and it was the worst service ever. While i was patiently waiting for my car to be dried off and vacuumed there were two customers that returned to have their car touched up. My car took about 20-30 minutes to get completed which is bad service when my car was the only one in the line There were workers just doing whatever. No direction. Where was the management to get them in line. Watched s few employees just walk around and disappear while there were cars to be worked on. The worst experience i have had and if it stays this way i will find someplace else. Btw.. My windshield still had bug markings on it but over their service today i will deal with it. read more

I have a small sedan and chose the superior wash and wax detail. This is a $68 wash and detail, so I kind of expect an amazing job. The inside was still dirty and the wax job was mediocre. There was still wax residue on the door handle and sun roof. My cup holder in side the car was still dirty. I understand that there is another detail option for an inside car detailing but shouldn't you wipe down things are clearly visible. My total wait time was less than 30 mins, it just seemed very rushed. It's so hard trying to find a good detailing / good car wash spot in Atlanta I think I'll be cleaning my own car from now on. read more

I had to get my emissions done and chose this place because of the value and service! The emissions was $19 and came with a free exterior wash! We waited in the seating area and enjoyed some refreshments. It took around 25 to 30 minutes to complete. Will definitely come back every year for this deal :) read more

I went today and was surprised to see a price increase of $6 to $8. I am going to admit I never left a bad review on my past experiences. We have a 17 Camry and they seem to never get it clean. I kept going because they are very close to the house. I dealt with the sub par cleaning and finished it when we got home. Now that they want a premium I will find another car wash. There is one 15 minutes from home that does a much better job but I have been to lazy to drive there. I will find another car wash, they have priced themselves out of my service. read more

I went there on Friday morning getting the Mr. Clean Signature Shine. Expecting my car to be clean and vacuum. I waited about 10 minutes top and the guy came and got me. When I look inside my car, it look like they barely vacuum it!! It was still dirty and I told the guy that it was still dirty. Nonetheless, I feel like I paid $28 for a great wash and vacuum but it turn out it was a crappy job. I drove home and vacuum my own car and it took about an hour to actually clean and vacuum. Most EXPENSIVE oil change in town! Be sure and ask for pricing. $49 oil change (which is ridiculous to start with) +$5 extra quart for my car make/model (never heard this before +$7 because my make/model uses a canister type filter. (2011 Chrysler 300) So that a whopping $61 for an Oil Change. That's DOUBLE the price I have ever paid anywhere else. My bad for not asking up front. This was a horrible car wash and the people involved are at best sketchy. I had a prepaid wash thankfully as in previous comments the menu is not readable.Line was short. No wash brush of windshield or back light for bugs etc. by guy at entrance to tunnel who takes money, as always was before Just guide you in and go through tunnel. No managers visible and may not exist anymore. End of wash exit tunnel wait and finally flagged to lane by the workers there. Then I am asked my name?? Gave at pay stop. Asked for my receipt ?? Never before and yes I have been a customer forever even when it was first Carnetts and since this mess started last year with no people or cashiers and random new folks every visit. I asked the car detail guy why he wanted my receipt and he said because. Gave it to him he said k and gave it back. Went in lobby as hot outside and 5 to 7 employees there at cashier area shooting the breeze going home at 5 having a big time. Still no manager I can see and asked guy behind register if there was a manager and he ignored me as busy watching T.V. the discovery channel It was. So hoping to escape i watched my car and it got less than clean and I had to remind the guy on Armour all for tires on one side. Bottom Line avoid this place at all costs. They charge a fortune and give a half done car wash. No one to find or speak to and the inmates are running the place. $30 bucks is a lot to clean a car and many others do it a lot better for that or less. Headed to Auto Bell tomorrow to get this cleaned and they are a bit of a drive for me but that is fine they are at least managed by a manager. After purchasing their $78 plus $10 tip car cleaning/detail service on Nov 14, 2013, I notice the tinted windshield had been scratched. Upon pointing this issue out to the Manager (David), he stated that the female cleaner (Gabby) did not even clean the front window so she could not have done it with her rings. I found this interesting since I did not even know how the window could have been scratched. I explained that I watched Gabby clean the front window and asked if he could check the camera for proof. I have been patiently calling and returning to their location for over a month now and mysteriously there is now a new manager and I have yet to receive proof or even speak to anyone with power to rectify the situation. This carwash was previously owned by another company. When Mr. Clean took it over they kept the customer info and promised to keep the 'credits' toward a free carwash. Guess what? They want you to sign up again before they will honor those credits. Lousy customer service. Long time customer (6 years) and I've never had a complaint before but I never requested anything from them other than a car wash. The other day I washed two cars there and when I brought my second one through someone removed my iPod Nano from the console. I didn't notice it until I got home and when I called to report it they told me they'd look at the video feed from the camera and call me the next day. My biggest concern is not that they may not be able to see anything but the fact that they didn't bother to call me back to tell me really disturbs me. I can't allow people in my car if they're going to steal from me. Looks like Autobell just became my new carwash. read more

I had my car washed at the Mr. Clean location in Grayson, Ga. After exiting the wash, I noticed damage to my vehicle and brought it to their attention. They said their machines couldn't have caused the problem even after I felt it hit my car as I rode through the wash. Poor customer service and lack of integrity will cause me to never return to this location and I urge others who care about your vehicle to avoid this and other Mr. Clean locations. read more
