Been going to this place for a while decided to go get the 30$ Premium wash before going on a trip. Before I even pull onto the tracks I'm guiding myself because the Employee (Girl with AirPods in and on her phone) Was just holding up her hands and just looking back at her phone or off into space causing me not to be center and jerking my wheel, so great start they admit they don't spray your car to breakdown bugs or Brush (Only if asked) I'd expect with a 30$ wash to at least spray my car down like they used to always do. But anyways I'm wiping off bugs on the front of my car and have a crack in my clear coat. I went and made a claim the employee even admitted any cars before 2017 (2015) they will straight up Decline it and I was declined. I was told a manager was going to call me about the incident. Fast forward a week No call, My claim is said to be "Mechanical Failure". I went to talk to their Assistant GM Great Guy but clearly nobody cares about the fact if your car gets messed up they won't take accountability and rather blame US. The guy told me to email them back so we will see about how they respond most likely doubling down on their response also the "Towels" are all wet and dirty, Vaccums are the only part that actually work. Enjoyed this place until this experience. Not going to be coming back anytime soon. This place needs New management or to be more inclusive on caring about customers cars. Especially when I can get the premium wash down the road for 4$ cheaper and not have to wipe as many Bugs off. I paid 30$ and got damage back, Thanks for ruining my car and being Nonchalant about blaming the driver. They are scammers when it comes to the membership fees. They sold me one price but charged me another.

Horrible experience before getting to car wash. New system now you put card in IPad and no paper receipt. They want to text you a receipt, meaning you must give them your cell number. Heck no I'm not giving you my cell number. Had them refund my money and now wait 7-10 days for a refund and had to take pictures with my phone to show refund. Be careful - their brushes are too strong and it took the cover off of our driver side mirror. The guys there were super nice and he tried to get it back on and couldn't but told us not to worry as he could file an incident report/claim. Well I got an email today folks that said our claim had been denied. Essentially they said it's not their problem if your mirrors get damaged in their drive through so I will be going elsewhere from now on and giving anybody who reads this a heads up. Btw our car has been through multiple car washes and this has NEVER happened at any other one. read more

I do not like giving a negative review but this one... OMG! Poor quality wash. You don't get what you pay for. The attendant on a Saturday mind you was held up in the office because the car in front of me needed the gate opened. He finally came out after there was 4 cars waiting with only one lane open which should have told me something on a Saturday. Then he was on his phone trying to guide the cars between the rails. The wash was pathetic barely removed the mud on the back of my vehicle. I had to use their rags to clean it myself after I pulled over to use the vacs. Not recommending this location go to Mr. Clean. I have washed my Ram 2500 with Curt tonneau cover at this zips at least 20 times. Yesterday one of the brushes picked up the back of the cover on the tailgate and snapped the plastic joints that connected the crossbar on the tailgate to the side pieces. I filed a damage claim and they said they did not pay for damaged aftermarket items unless it was the fault of an attendant or the car wash machinery. How could it wash this 20 times and no problems and now tear it up unless something went wrong with their machinery. They refused to pay for it, and now refuse to message me back. Don't bother with Zip's find somewhere else as these guys don't care. read more

Poor customer service. The guy with the short blonde hair was quite rude for no reason. Not only did he not greet me, but he was so busy on his phone that he charged me for the wrong wash. Line of cars waiting today. Who knows where the attendant was for so long. He then kept making cars pull so close to each other to enter the wash. The car in front of me and myself were both hard on the brake while he insisted we move forward. Car wash itself it fine but employees are not the greatest. The next month my card was automatically charged $45. I filed a dispute with my credit card company and it was denied but the membership was supposed to be canceled. 30 days later my card was charged another $45. Worst car wash I've ever used! There was no pre wash, no water in side windows at all in the washer, almost dry when I came out! Vacuum was horrible, moved mycar twice to find one with actual suction to pick up dirt!!! Pathetic for 15$ will never return here totally not worth $$ read more

I went in today to Zips to have my car washed and vacuumed. I really just needed the vacuum and not the wash because it was going to rain again. As I was about to pay for the wash, the attendant Matt said I didn't need to pay for the wash and I could just go vacuum for free. said the vacuums were always free. I've been to a couple other Zips car washes and didn't know the vacuums were free. No one told me. I appreciated his honesty and not trying to get over on me. When I first used the zip wash in covington ga it was GREAT! I stopped using any of the other car washes because this one did such a good job. But my last 3 or 4 washes have caused me to re-evaluate my choice...the attendant at one of the waves, didn't wash the back off because it was 20 minutes until closing. I had dirt all over the back it was a WASTE of my hard earned money... I went ahead and tried it 3 more times...but yesterday, will be my last...there was soap left on my car, and dirty places all over it, you could see the swipe marks in the dirt but it didnt wash the dirt off. I lifted my trunk/hatch, and soap and foam were all around it -- which says to me, they've cut back the water and pressure to properly wash and RINSE the cars...also, the last 4 times, the vacuums DO NOT WORK, very low suction!! What a joke. $20.00 wash package with 4 side brushes not working or Omni Spinners. Walked inside to make sure they new what was going on and was not satisfied. Response was to run me through again.
