I will never return to this car wash. As a first-time customer, I was treated with unnecessary rudeness and aggression. The employee guiding cars in acted annoyed from the start, banged aggressively on my car, and yelled instructions I couldn't hear. When I tried to clarify by pulling forward slightly, he became even more upset. I explained that it was my first time there, yet I was given no patience or clear instructions. When I asked for the silver wash with vacuum access, I was handed my card back with no explanation. As my car beeped while I tried to put it in neutral, I felt embarrassed and overwhelmed--especially with my two boys witnessing how poorly I was being treated. I went to have my truck washed. Once I got to the exit out of the wash bay there was an employee standing there holding my hubcap cover. When questioned, the employee said that he'd barely touched it with the scrub brush. I tried to snap the piece back on but the clips were busted. I left my information and was contacted by either the owner or manager. I was told they wouldn't take responsibility because they were aftermarket wheels. I don't understand that reasoning. Broken is broken, aftermarket, in my opinion, should have nothing to do with it. read more

The attendants at this car wash are horrible! Two months ago I went to wash my Ford F-150. I have a cable lock to secure my spare tire. They washed the truck with no issues. I took it back about a month ago and they told me to unlock and leave it in the bed. I complied and had no issues. I made sure to do that today before leaving for the car wash. Today I was told I had to remove it. I was already in the rinse bay. I got of my truck and removed it. I was not happy and complained, "just give me a wash." The attendant said do you have attitude? You had your credit card in your mouth. The truck is really dirty. We are not washing your truck today! Maid other patrons back up so I could back out and leave. This place is horrible! Any owner/manager that allows this kind of behavior is a fool and an idiot! Do NOT go to this establishment EVER! read more

We have been loyal customers at Four Seasons for years and unlimited wash members as soon as it was offered after the renovation. Today I went to get my truck washed as usual (average 2 to 3 times a week) and was told I would need to go spray off my truck before being allowed to thru the car wash because the dirt is too expensive to remove. I was also told I should try going thru the car wash daily if needed to keep my truck cleaner and prevent being turned away again. If I were to go thru the car wash every day, the same amount of dirt, if not more, would be collected. Furthermore the cost of chemicals etc would end up costing over twice the current amount. Makes no sense to me. As you can see, my truck has a fair amount of dirt on it, but no sticky mud or debris just road spray and dirt from traveling a gravel road. The same gravel road I have been driving on for years then paying to have it washed (same thing with my wife's car) at Four Seasons with no issues. Sadly I had to cancel both memberships and will be searching for a car wash that allows dirty cars to be washed. read more

Not impressed with this car wash. All the wheels still had break dust on them and dirt around the license plate,front & back after my car was washed here. You could go here... but you should have very low expectations! There is another option 4 min away in North Albany that is worth the drive across town! read more

If I could give this place a -10 I would. Workers are extremely rough with peoples vehicles, they don't remind you that your back antenna is up (in subway drive through right now and just saw a lady drive off with a broken antenna like I did). When I told one of the attendants they should remind people to put their antenna down and be more gentle for what people work hard for he threw his hands up and said "not our issue to remind you of stuff for your own vehicle". Needless to say, this is the future of our working class for our country, absolutely horrible. Who raised these kids!?! read more

I wasn't going to rate this review as it doesn't even deserve a one star but in order to leave a review, it has to be rated.... Grrrr !!! Save your money! Will not go there anymore. Took my vehicle through the wash and came out with light scratches on both sides. The owner was not there and when finally spoke to the owner a few days later he stated that the scratches did not come from his wash, really ?!?! I don't take my vehicle off roading as he claimed. He didn't have a care in the world and didn't want to acknowledge that his car wash caused damage. After reading other comments noticed I'm not the only one that has issues or that the owner really doesn't care and won't do the right thing to fix the issue(s). The owner has bad public relations. I use this car wash often well I used to today at about 10 AM this morning I was in the middle of soaping up my car when an old man with a scarred face (looked like a burn) pulled up behind me in a Hummer and told me to get the fuck out!! I ignored him at first and just kept soaping up my car and he then went and open the door where you get the change from and shut all the water off so I asked him what his problem was and he told me to get the fuck out before he calls the cops! so I then had to drive off with soap drying on my car. This place is extremely rude and unprofessional. Very poor customer service. I highly recommend you stay far away from this car wash unless you want some old man screaming at you for no reason. I then called the number that was on the door and left two voicemails but never heard back. read more

CAUTION- DO NOT GO HERE - THE WORST! I signed up for the monthly car wash program they offer and they give you a super glue tacky sticker to apply to the inside of you windshield. I showed up today and the Manager "Kurt" told me I had to stick on my shield. I explained that I didn't want to do that because the last one I had left residue and tacky glue that wouldn't come off. He insisted that I stick it on the windshield because people had been switching them for other vehicles. I explained that I understood and asked why they couldn't just confirm the tag with the vehicle when I showed up...no different than if I showed up with a credit card to pay, they still have to take the card inside. Kurt said..."because we don't have time to do that." Ummm, hey Kurt...it's a car wash not In and Out Burger or Dutch Bro's next door - they actually have cars lined up. Okay so meanwhile, I tried to politely compromise and said I would be happy to verify my vehicle was the one for the tag whenever I showed up - nope, Kurt stood his ground and said, "I don't care, that's how it is." So then I politely ask for the owners email or contact info to express my frustration about a seemingly ridiculous position Kurt has taken over a sticker because according to him, he doesn't have time to put down his soapy brush down and walk ten feet into an office to confirm tag to vehicle...the same damn walk he would take if I handed him a credit card or cash. Bottom line is, Kurt refused to provide the name of the owner or provide an email or contact information to address a customer issue with the business - he simply said "all issues go through me, they (the owner) doesn't want to be bothered with issues." Well okay Kurt, no problem - I've canceled my monthly account, my wife's and both parents are canceling their accounts as well. I could say a lot of things about Kurts lack of business acumen or lack of customer engagement, but I'll sum it like this - it's a car wash buddy and looking at the reviews on yelp for this place, you could use some positive feedback. So if your reading this - take some time to share with everyone you know and let them know there's a car wash on the other side of town that doesn't have an issue with a damn sticker not stuck to my windshield. I'm seeing a lot of bad reviews but I've always had a decent experience here. They pre-scrub your car before go through and you often get a free vacuum with your wash which is nice. Their vacuums work well and they have trash cans out. My only complaint is that the customer service isn't super great- not terrible but not super inviting either. read more

AVOID AT ALL COST!!! I took my new truck to this "wash" and as I was going through I heard the sound of something hard hitting the top of my windshield on the passanger side of my truck. Open finishing the "wash" I got out of my truck and i see a scratch (one that catches your finger nail) approx 18 inches long across the top of my truck just above where it hit my windshield. After I saw the scratch I contacted the attendants (the manager and owners were not there) and was told the manager would contact me. I received no reply and had to continue pursuing him. When I did finally get ahold of him he sent me to an outside business and had me get an estimate to have the scratch repaired. I got the estimate and when I brought it back to him he told me that they were not going to do anything about it at all, won't fix it no composition, nothing. They should not be around with the services they provide or the customer satisfaction they give. read more

I usually go to another car wash due to how bad this one is but will sometimes breakdown and go to this one if I just don't want to drive to N. Albany. It's disappointing every time. Every time I've gotten my car washed there I still have to take it home and rewash quite a bit. I've never left there with the tops of the bumpers or back window actually clean; the machine rinses the dirt to those areas and it doesn't get washed off. Maybe they cut off the crappy dryer and have one of those kids at the end of the line to spray off the bumpers. The wash always dries streaky. read more

I wanted to wash my 4x4 truck and went there. As my truck was going thru a piece of the guide track tore one of my tires and it popped. I have been trying to get the ower to call me back to replace my tire but they said it was a defect in my tire. I took the flat tire to Les Schwab and had it inspected and was told that the tire damage was not due to a defect in the tire but by something cutting it. USE THIS CAR WASH AT YOUR OWN RISK AND IF THEIR BUISNESS CAUSES YOU DAMAGE IT WILL BE YOUR PROBLEM. I will be filing in small claims court... read more

Holy smokes! Took my brand new 2016 car there to get cleaned and I was lucky to come out with paint! They were crashing their "brushes on a pole" all over everything! NEVER AGAIN will I take my vehicle there to be washed. They clearly do not care. read more

although its a basic wash the owner doesnt seem to care about his buisness ...just bad attitudes and when i tried to prints coupons they get garbled and just wont print ...why put a coupon on line if not printable . i live in corvallis and used to like stopping at four seasons ..now go to kaddy in corvallis at least they seem like they want my buisness read more
