Intricate tablescapes and decor everywhere, with amazing vintage pieces and beautiful furniture. I have been everywhere, and there is NOTHING like this. We spent our first 30 min there just walking around in awe. They are super dog friendly! Dogs allowed inside and all the employees seemed happy to have them there. Our dog had a wonderful time sniffing. I did a wine flight so that I could get a bit of everything. The tasting room is full of light and all the colorful vintage decor sparkles. No two inches look the same. The staff was so friendly, petting our dog and checking on us just the right amount. The wine was lovely. There was so much variety in the flight and each one was totally unique from things I have tried in the past. We spent hours here playing "I spy" with all the decor. I will be thinking about this place for a long time and can't wait to return!

The barn and animals were another charming touch that makes this more than just glamping. They add personality and give guests something delightful and memorable to enjoy beyond the tent. All of this wrapped together feels like summer camp with VIP retreat luxury. You don't lack for anything here, and it's clear the farm and glamping sites are a true labor of love. They are currently going through some renovations that are estimated to be completed in the spring of 2026. The place is nice now, would totally come back after the additions of the cafe and bar. We are members of the center, but we honestly attended this event due to one particular employee. We were particularly impressed with Bennett during one recent visit. His knowledge and dedication to the welfare of the birds was very apparent. He spent extra time educating us about the program and specific birds. After speaking with him we felt impelled to attend the fundraiser and help out further. The event seemed a tad slow and disorganized upon entry, but soon enough things got rolling more smoothly. Some raptors were brought out, and again while presenting Bennett demonstrated his care for the animals in making sure their comfort and welfare was being placed before any promised viewings for the night. A hat tip to Bennett for his dedication in particular, and to the center overall for the program and care for animals.

Or where they were so creaky that you hesitate to use the bathroom at night for fear of waking up the whole building. Truthfully, R&R Guest House is none of those things. Kevin and Julie are friendly and will help you with as much or little guidance as you want on local hikes, wineries etc. But they aren't in your face or space... Another big highlight is that this property feels new and old at the same time. Definite charm retained in their remodeling. Yet, no feeling of "this doorknob might come off in my hand." And the hot tub and pool are very, very nice. The landscaping is lush and well laid out. Finally--the two meals we hadat this B&B was consistently the best meals we had that weekend, compared to restaurants in both Hood River and The Dalles. Not too often I give an unequivocal thumbs up, but here you go.
