I was so looking forward to brightening her up on her birthday. I also work for a florist in Seattle and know what is what as far as protocol and quality. In smaller areas i know it is harder to get certain flowers so i went with what they had available, once i requested no carnations the old guy on the phone got crabby sounding. He continued to let me know that he has been in business for thirty years etc... well maybe burned out is what is going on. Needless to say my mom never got the flowers, i never got a phone call to say they couldn't find it. Everyone loses, if the driver had the senders number he could have called and avoided all of this. Now the florist wasted gas,time,flowers,a sale, dissapointed the sender and the recipient for no phone call. When i called wondering what happened he was rude and basically had no good protocol in place. Bad business practice, dissapointing. I never right reviews but that just made me feel better.

The flowers themselves were in good shape but they were not arranged. The roses were in one clump on a stem, same with the mums and the greenery. The colors were very interesting pink, purple and orange. It looked as if someone grabbed a few things and sent them over. My mom ended up trimming the ends and arranging them herself. Specifically I worked with a brunette lady the first few times I visited who taught me about evergreens and ground cover and today I worked with a blonde lady who helped me pick lavender and a peach tree. My garden is looking great and I even got a compliment on it the other day. I really think it's thanks to the quality of the plants they have here, as well as the help I received, because I do not really have much of a green thumb! I will say I did not take the advice of keeping my peppers indoors when I purchased them in a colder month, but they are still budding/ flowering even though the leaves are not in their best shape, but that's my own fault for being impatient.

It's out on the same road as Snow Mountain Ranch is a great place to stop after a nice hike. We've got a lovely greenhouse and plenty of plants outdoors as well. We picked up a good number of plants for a garden as well as some soil and feeder to mix in. During the whole pandemic, they have done a great job of making sure people are protected and maintain appropriate distance while perusing. They limit the number of people that are paying and in close proximity - those little things make a big difference. The folks out here are super friendly and while stuff is a little bit more expense Then if he went to somewhere like a big box store, this place is run by a local family was ready to help and loves what they do. This is absolutely a spot we will continue to support and are excited to finally have checked out!

When I called Sage Farms, the woman who assisted me was fantastic. We looked at website photos…read moretogether and she helped me pick out a selection based on the photos. Two other clients had ordered flowers for the family earlier in the day and she made sure my selection was different. She also went out of her way to make sure the flowers were delivered that afternoon and they were received within a few hours. So I was delighted with that. However. Our friends sent a photo and the flowers were very, very humble compared to the photo on the website. I was embarrassed with what was delivered and stunned that I paid $117 for what looked like $20 worth of Trader Joes flowers. I called the shop that night and left a voicemail asking if we could have a conversation. Two days later I sent an email and included a photo from the website and the photo my friend sent me. I never heard back. This morning I emailed the shop again, and said that since they offer a 100% guarantee, that I was particularly upset that I was never called back. I have only once before given a bad yelp review. It pains me to do it, but after reaching out to the shop three times to ask to have a conversation, and with no response, I decided to share this. I would upload the photo of the arrangement on the website and the photo my friend sent me but I don't see the function to do that.

I was directed to a stack of about twenty, all bent into and on one another. I asked if there were any that weren't broken, and they said that was all they had. So the salesgirl spent half an hour trying to help me salvage any of them that could be used, any not totally broken, and it was just a travesty. What kind of gardening store can't sell you tomato cages? Furthermore, the people that work there have no idea what they are doing. They seem totally disinterested and ignorant. I asked for garlic one day and the girl behind the counter lazily looked up from her cell phone and said they didn't carry it. I said you don't carry garlic at all? And she said no, they don't have cooking supplies! I said I wanted to plant some and she seemed surprised that garlic is actually grown, rather than opened from a bottle.
