The prime rib really has to be cooked at most medium-rare. It was decent flavor but really wanted more. It's noted on internet that marinating prime rib is not recommended as can become dry and tough. I'm sure with a little more seasoning and different cut the marinated and individually wrapped steaks could be very tasty Also felt the jerky could use a little more seasoning and was a bit greasy.
