At the time we had our German Shepherd, "Shepherd", with us, and the clerk gave her a dog treat which was so nice. It's a very nice and welcoming place. Every single time we have gone the food takes well over an hour to come out. The staff ignores us. Last night was the final straw. We waited and waited for our food, 70 minutes later it appears.. with the exception of my 10 year olds food.... They ran out of what she ordered and didn't bother to tell us. In fact we didn't even see the waitress until she delivered everyone else's food. Our cups sat empty the entire 70 minutes. They could have at least said "we're out of that would you like to order something else?" but they didn't. They simply said (70 minuets later) "we have to make more.... so it will be a bit longer" Do better. Prior to this visit I waited an hour for a salad that they made wrong. the strawberry salad but they forgot to add strawberries.. I was famished by the time it came out so I didnt even notice until my boyfriend made the comment about the berries. I really wanted to like this place, but I can't.. the owner needs to know that people were walking in and not getting served/helped so they were then walking out.
