Worst nail salon ever! First time I was in here the lady couldn't even do simple flowers right! I was in there for over THREE HOURS waiting for her to do it the right way. I seriously asked for the most simple design too. I asked for another nail tech too & she said "no me got it" after I made her wipe off the horrible designs I said I had to go & she still made me pay $50!!! But WAIT... when I went back to get them fixed by someone else, she didn't know what she was doing either! Both sets of nails are horrible. They shaved mine so thin that 3 my nails already broke off where the bloodline is (I've had them maybe 2 weeks) here's pictures for proof!! I have no clue why this place has so many stars!!! On a vacation home away from Hawaii and stumbled upon this place on New Year's Day and they were the only salon that answered. There was no wait and we got helped right away with some pedicures. I'm not too sure what my technicians name was, but she was very friendly and she did my feet pretty good. Only thing is that she couldn't really understand me. I started going to Four Seasons back in May because I knew their receptionist and am still a client long after she's quit. Phuong is quite literally the best nail tech I've ever had. His nails are always beautifully done, he gives the best service ever, and there's literally nothing I can complain about. I've gotten around 15 sets with him and I've never ONCE disliked the set, which is saying a lot because I'm very picky about my nails- they can't be thick or else they make me anxious, they have to be shaped in a way that even when my nails are grown out, they're still sharp, and his always hold up well over time and are never ever thick. I'm not really one for nail art, so I don't get any, but my friends have gone with me and have come out with the most beautiful flowers. I'd recommend the dip nails and any pedicure on the menu! read more

I was in need of a pedicure and did not feel like heading to the West End to my normal nail salon. I called in advance to see if I needed an appointment to which they said no and that I could come in anytime. The shop wasn't busy but started to pick up as I was finishing up. My nail tech was very nice and did a really nice job. The cost ended up being $65 total for the deluxe spa pedicure with gel polish, which is a little pricey for me. The place is a nice size, updated, and clean. My go to pedicure spot! They aren't big on extra nail designs but they do know how to pamper. Prices are on par for other salons but I really enjoy the service here. Would definitely recommend to others in the area! read more

terrible. the women who did my nails was slow. I expected since she was taking her time they would have looked good but I was wrong. i got black French tips. the color is smeared all over my nails, the nail is lumpy. half of my nail is black instead of the tips.there is hair stuck in the polish, the side of my nails aren't even painted. worst experience. definitely won't be coming back read more

The last time I got my nails ($65) and I hated it because the lady that always did my nails before quit, the one who did my nails recently didn't speak a word of English I showed her a picture the nails were crooked and she put a air bubble under the polish, how can you do that, oh well I haven't walked in there since they lost a costumer and I get my nails done every 2 weeks read more

I came in as a walk in for a dip set on 5/25/19 which this is not my usual nail salon so I figure I'd give it a try, shop is beautiful wait was long but I knew it would be, my guess is that the only had one specialized dip tech cuz my powder was shown to one man and a lady helped me instead no biggie right well wrong for $47 dollar dip set I have one nail already off and another starting to pull up from the back and it hasn't even been a full two weeks. I don't think the lady knew how to do dip and was just winging. When I get my dip set done at CA Nails my set last for a month sometimes over and they charge $40 for good quality. read more

Pleasant experience. All the staff was courteous and the massage chair was life!!! My pedicure was superb and the sns dip was done nicely.

I used to come here on a regular basis to have my eyebrows done but for the last couple months they have really lost my trust and confidence. They started to put me with different girls every time. Each doing worst than the last. Tonight was the last straw the lady who did my eyebrows took forever and took off so much of my eyebrows I am left with very thin straight eyebrows. I have never had my eyebrows this thin and without an arch. I did not ask for this. I will never return here. read more

It is so clean! I'd say go see Diana because she is the best but I want to be able to keep being a walk-in and see her and she already has several people, myself included that will only see her. (They are all great but I think Diana is best lol). They actually sterile their equipment and they are very open about it. I am extremely particular with pedicures and I've never gotten an infection or felt like they were talking about my bad toed in another language to others in front of me (paranoid I know). Diana actually translates sometimes for me if the only lady there who doesn't speak English wants to talk or say more than hello. read more

I tried to come in for a redemption.. there were several workers just sitting around doing nothing. Tried getting a fill in/pedi. Would have thought they would be happy for business. Nope. Took longer then needed to do my pedicure, then sat me at the dryer and had me waiting for 30+ minutes. The lady who was working on me (mainly because the owner was already booked with some appointments for the time I needed to be in there) was off wondering the salon with a bored look on her face. I didn't have long to be in there with having work when I did so I was highly confused as to why she was taking so long to start on my fill in. Then she wondered out the front door. I had enough and had to leave. I got up and walked to the counter to just pay for my feet and leave so I could get ready for work. She finally decided to come back in and ask if I was ready for my fill in. Excuse me? I was waiting on her. I told her I had to leave because of work and didn't have time. Talked to the manager and told him that it was the second time in a row that not only was it taking over an hour and a half just to do my nails but also had people just sitting around doing nothing when I could have had my fill in being worked on. When the lady went to ring up me for my feet, she said it would be $26, then charged me $58. I looked at her and asked why she charged me twice the price she had just told me. She couldn't come up with a reason, she just looked at me like I was dumb. All because I had caught her up charging me so much. I refuse to ever go back after this. I can't keep my faith in a place where they sit around looking bored, up-charge for no reason, and take so long after telling them you have limited time to be there.
