There was water damage due to a water leak, and I needed the cabinet demolished, removed and replaced. I spoke with Edan Cazakov. Edan and I agreed to meet at my home on Friday, July 10, 2026 for a free estimate. He appeared as scheduled, took pictures and advised that he would discuss his findings and photos with his Contractor and contact me ASAP. On Monday, July 13, 2026, Edan texted a quote for the work needed. We agreed on the repair costs and scheduled a date for the repair. There were several delays, excuses, last minute concerns about the water filtration system that needed to be removed prior to repairs, etc. There was subsequent confusion regarding the cost of the repairs with the Contractor and miscommunication and coordination with Edan and the Contractor on the date for completing the work. It took 61 Days to complete this otherwise simple job! To be clear and fair, Edan Cazakov and the Contractor Brian Aldred are nice, good-natured people. Even the quality of the work was very good. They are just HORRIBLE at conducting business. They fail at being responsible, reliable, or dependable. Date/Time commitments are non-existent. Though I would invite Edan to Thanksgiving Dinner at my home, I would NEVER make him responsible for the Turkey!! My message to any prospective client ... They pay keen attention to your needs, and will advise you with their years of expertise. Sure, there are a lot of cabinet shops in town, but there are also a lot of companies doing shoddy work, or worse - disappearing with your deposit. Legacy is NOT that kind of company. I saw one bad review - and that just doesn't make sense. Not a single person I've sent there has anything but stellar comments about the work they produce, whether it's freestanding furniture for a home, built-ins that require tricky installation, or commercial pieces for restaurants, offices, salons and more. They answer their phone, or will get back to you when they're free. Their pricing is very fair and transparent, and better yet - they're just the type of company that you trust coming into your home.
