I finally had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Denise a few weeks ago. She gave great advice on what I originally wanted and I ended going with a soft strawberry blonde. This was my first time meeting her and having my hair done by her, by end of my appointment I felt like we've known each other for years. Sooo friendly & great conversations! Also, LOVE THE ATMOSPHERE of the salon! So laid back w/ homey vibes ; which is a nice change of end up from being in tension or forced fake conversations from past high end salons I've been to. Lastly, this is definitely a LGBTQ friendly establishment! What I've read from past comments and the experience I've had whether it's face to face or chatting through their Instagram on ideas - totally accepting of how I am, never a question or comment about my sexuality cause I'm a feminine boy, I felt like a princess while I was there! The stylists are great, they do a good job, but god forbid you complain, you'll get a very rude, attacking text if the manager finds your number. I posted a review on facebook but had to delete it due to the manager commenting and making me feel like shit. Then she fired the stylist who did my hair when it wasn't even about her. The manager advised the stylist not to bleach my hair b/c it would have been "light enough" to come out as a vibrant purple. Bad judgement on the managers part. Don't recommend. Best hair cut and color every. I have been a loyal client for about a year now and no one else but Denise touches my hair. Best staff in the world and anyone who goes elsewhere is crazy. She has always not only been professional & knowledgeable, but straight forward, rather than trying to make a buck off of her customers, like other places I've been. The owner answered on a sunday when i had a hair emergency. She got me in the next day. She evaluated and fixed a really poor job done by a low integrity salon near by. She was honest. If you use their groupon keep in mind it is with a stylist fresh out of beauty school. So you get what you paid for. My blowout was so frizzy it had to be finished with a flat iron which I clearly expressed three times I didn't want. So it was obvious how inexperienced she was. I had expected the owner to take charge of the situation and finish the blow out but instead I was met with an attitude that the flat iron was the only way to fix it. My color had to be supervised by the owner so I didn't have a problem with that. My suggestion, please train your staff more before introducing new clients. I had wanted to return to your salon but quite frankly that was poor customer service. I would have waited for you to fix it. I unfortunately cannot recommend your salon which is sad because I wanted to find one close to home. read more

I absolutely hate the way my eyebrows look post im legit disappointed asked to go very dark bc i love having femaine eyebrows they look horrible im legit crying how bad they look hate how light they look.
