They then replied with a number I need to call to set up another appointment. I'm so confused and frustrated by their process, as it leaves customers hanging in the air. So I just decided to go elsewhere. If I make an appointment for a two-house window, I assume they would come within that window. Otherwise, what's the point of making an appointment?

Suddenly, she mentioned a different price and said she needed to find a flyer. I simply asked whether the flyer rate was for six months or a year, and she responded by telling me to "hold on and chill out." At that point, I ended the call. I would never choose to do business with a company that speaks to a potential customer that way. Professionalism and courtesy matter, especially during a first interaction.
