We had several different crews at different stages in the process and each and every one was great! They showed up on time, text to let us know they were coming, set up protective plastic sheets in the house, wore boot covers while in the house and worked hard each day. They also said that a technician will be coming by later that day to install a portable A/C , at no cost to cool our bedroom for the evening as well as the next day during the install, which was an 8 hour job. Excellent service, professional from start to finish and followed up with us as promised. What also was a pleasant surprise is that they at no time try to sell us stuff we did not need. When finished, they walked me thru everything that was done, answered any questions I had and included a 1 year free check up/cleaning. Could not be more pleased.
