I would have given it a 5 stars but...We eat here every time we pass thru or stay in the area. The food it great! Management tonight was NOT. We ordered the berry brie salad. An image is featured on instagram and looks delicious. It came out without Brie on it. I questioned the waiter who was fairly new. He argued with me that "this is how it is made". I showed him the photo. He went back to the cook who told him the Brie melted...on a salad? We ate the "Brie-less" salad anyway but informed the waiter we were not pleased with our experience. A few minutes later, he brought us a photo he had just taken of a berry Brie salad that...imagine that...it had Brie on it. He was very apologetic and comp'ed us 50% off the salad. This venue is beautiful! I loved the lights and the olive tree in the midst of the dining area. Service was a bit slow, but they were quite busy. As well as the bar was full. Apparently we were very unlucky when it came to bar seating this trip We ordered the burrata to start. It was fresh and absolutely delicious. But our Hot Pig pizza seemed to miss the mark. The sauce that was drizzled on top didn't seem to add anything to the dish. It just kind of fell flat after such a delicious start. We finished off with a bit of gelato which was also super yummy! And the coffee was wonderful but it was served so hot that we had to wait a while before even being able to sip it. Absolutely wonderful! We are here 2 years ago & had a delicious pizza but on this visit my husband & I shared as the portions are large. We love their salads, we had the Greek salad, a prosciutto sub & soup. All were fantastic, especially the soup. We followed with an amazing dessert strawberry shortcake. Wish I could remember our waitress as she was amazing. Very helpful in our choices & she makes the ginger beer, which I had the limoncello ginger beer cocktail which I highly recommend. On a Sunday, for brunch, Service was terrible. Myself and friend were seated. After 15 minutes, had not seen our server or even got water. My friend went to the hostess, and they said they'd speak to the server. 10 minutes later still no server, and a table of six, who were seated after us were getting their food and drinks. Honestly, I was a little worried there might be a dress code from the way it looked when we walked in. I was so happy to discover Four65 in my search for restaurants in Highlands. My family enjoyed several meals during our recent trip to Highlands. Four65 has a hip vibe, friendly staff and the best Neapolitan style pizza making it a great lunch or dinner spot when visiting. We enjoyed the Margherita pizza, the pepperoni pizza and the fig and artichoke pizza. My son had the mussel starter one night but was not crazy about the sauce drizzled over the top. Next time we would ask for no sauce on top. I will note, we observed couples, families and groups of friends dining while there as it works beautifully for all types of parties. It was quite crowded and was an hour wait to eat inside, but luckily no wait for outside. Plenty of pizza options to choose from. This place is beautifully placed in this small town with a great homey and local feel inside. We had to wait since we came at dinner time and the area was busy for this time of year. It didn't bother us because we got a chance to walk around the town before our table was ready. I had a strawberry lemonade that was really delicious and I had to have a second. The pizzas are amazing and freshly made. I had their white pizza which amazing and we got to enjoy the inside and people watch, one of our favorite things to do. Last year, a stranger recommended this place to me. I kept my promise and came! It did not disappoint! Dress code: smart casual My husband and I split everything. We ordered the Marinara pizza, it has no cheese, with basil and garlic. We decided to add mushrooms to it. It was very good. The tomatoes are the star of this pizza, the San marzano tomato sauce 10/10. The mushrooms lended an earthy taste that paired perfectly with the charred bits of the pizza. The side salad was great! Though since we were splitting everything I think next time we will order the "large" salad and save our selves $4 for the price difference. The ovened salad was great, while still maintaining the crisp and not wilted. The "over the top" for my husband was the addition of hot oil on the pizza he asked for a little side so he could drizzle on the pizza. It was a big surprise as everything was focussed on the pizza offer (they laud how thin the crust is, that they have wood fired ovens, etc.) The margarita pizza was a huge disappointment. The crust was good, the sauce was okay, they did offer excellent fresh basil, but the cheese was a horrible dusting of dry mozzarella. Over all the pizza was very poor. A pizza margarita needs fresh mozzarella cheese. If I were at a cheap place I could excuse it, but it was not cheap. read more

Stopped in for lunch with a girlfriend before heading to an aerial park for some ziplining! The restaurant was nice to accommodate our desire to sit inside after first being introduced to an unideal two-top table outside. Al fresco seating is available but dining inside offers a bright and welcoming ambiance. I enjoyed a glass of the rose wine and we started with the artichoke dip, which I found to be a little too watery and the breadsticks lacked flavor. My friend had and LOVED the Cherrywood Farm Greek Salad. I ordered a margherita pizza which was delicious! The only aspect of it that I didn't love was that it was a little burnt on the bottom. I realize that is common of woodfired pizza so it's of no consequence. We sat outside on the patio in an area that resembles an Italian cafe. Although the service staff was great, it seems as if they were understaffed, with multiple staff members serving our table and a long wait to receive our drinks. In terms of food and drink, it doesn't get much better. I ordered the mountain marg which had a nice berry note. The antipasto had a solid variety of munchies, but the bread options seemed a bit stale. The Hot Pig was so worth branching out from our normal order. Both were mediocre and that's generous. Left more than half of each dish.
