As I started to say no again, she hung up on me mid-sentence. What a rude and inconsiderate way to treat a now FORMER customer or any customer for that matter. I put up with a noisy and filthy atmosphere the first time because of the convenience of their location but no longer. I encourage everyone to avoid that place if you value being treated with respect. With the way they treat humans I can't imagine how poorly they treat the animals when their owners are not present. Save your money, your dignity and your animals and go elsewhere.

Both doctors we have worked with, as well as the countless veterinary technicians and receptionists, have been very knowledgeable, helpful, and compassionate. They also have been incredibly flexible with changes we have had to make in scheduling, and often have same-day appointments available for urgent medical needs. Technicians and veterinarians alike have handled our pets using fear-free techniques to make the experience as pleasant as it can be for our stressed and anxious dogs. We sent our 5 year old dog to CRK9 for the 3-4 week training because of his social and separation anxieties, which pretty much made it impossible to take him anywhere. His anxieties were due to his overall lack of training and consistency on our part as dog owners, so we sought CRK9's help in teaching him the things we didn't/couldn't. Kevin and Allie have shown him how to be comfortable and confident, and taught us how to be as well. He's such a good boy and finally has the skills to channel his energy in a healthy way. We're so glad we brought him here because deserves to have a happy, fun, and comfortable life too. Highly recommend CRK9 if you're struggling to give your dog the tools and skills they need, their boarding program is well worth it.
