If we could give Sasha more than five stars, we would…read more Sasha was everything to us throughout our wedding journey. She photographed our engagement session, our tea ceremony, and finally our wedding day, and after working with her through all three, we can confidently say that choosing Sasha was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. First and foremost, her work is incredible. Sasha has such a distinct creative and artistic eye. Both of us have modeling experience and have worked with a number of photographers before, so we already had a sense of what it feels like to be in front of a camera. Working with Sasha was different. There is a level of intention, confidence, and creative direction in the way she works that immediately stood out to us. She doesn't simply put you somewhere and take a beautiful photo. She takes the time and care to guide you as a couple. For example: how to position you, create movement, find the right composition, and make subtle adjustments that completely change the photograph. She knows what she's looking for and communicates it in a way that feels effortless. Even with our previous experience in front of the camera, Sasha elevated the way we photographed together and created images we never could have produced on our own. And despite that level of direction, nothing feels stiff or overly posed. The result still feels natural, candid, authentic, and completely like us. That balance between strong creative direction and genuine emotion is something we think is incredibly difficult to do well, and Sasha does it exceptionally. But what truly sets Sasha apart is everything she does beyond photography. Without her, our wedding day genuinely would not have gone as smoothly as it did. Sasha was organized, proactive, calm under pressure, and constantly one step ahead. When something needed to happen, she made it happen. When we needed direction, she gave it. When things became chaotic, she helped bring everything back together. She kept things moving, helped us stay on track, worked seamlessly with everyone around her, and even solved problems without us knowing them in the moment. She went so far above and beyond what we ever expected from a photographer that calling her simply our "wedding photographer" almost doesn't feel sufficient. She became one of the people we relied on most throughout the day. And somehow, while doing all of that, she was still capturing everything: the big moments, the little candid interactions, the emotions, and details we didn't even realize were happening around us. Having worked with Sasha for our engagement photos, tea ceremony, and wedding, we've also had the privilege of seeing just how consistent she is. Every experience reinforced why we trusted her so completely with some of the most important memories of our lives. Sasha is an incredible photographer and artist, but she's also the kind of person you want in your corner on your wedding day. We truly cannot imagine our wedding without her. Sasha, we love you. Thank you for your creativity, your direction, your patience, your calming presence, and for going above and beyond for us again and again. Thank you for being the person behind the camera and, in so many moments, the person helping hold everything together. We will forever be grateful to you and cannot recommend Sasha enough.

I had found Sasha while looking for a photographer in the Seattle area and I absolutely loved her style; her editing really feels natural and realistic and it's a true testament to why she's as good as she is! My girlfriend and I had an outstanding time working with her as we had never done a photoshoot before and Sasha made us *feel* like we had been working together for a while! You will not be disappointed with the experience you'll have with her and the final products will simply blow you away!! Thanks again Sasha! - S&M

She was very comfortable to work with, very helpful in putting together a great time table for our day based on the things we wanted to try to fit in. And it actually was built in a way where we brainstormed additional ideas on how we wanted our day to go that we hadn't thought of sooner. The day of our wedding, she was so personable, encouraging, knew the right shots to take, and the best routes to go. All of our guests thoroughly enjoyed her happy and friendly personality, as did we. We received about 60+ preview shots less than 48 hours after parting ways with her, and they look so incredibly stunning. I'm a snob when it comes to photographers and photography, and no joke, Amy Galbraith is more than a pro. She's someone you can truly trust your day with, and hopefully we can find another opportunity to work with her again in the future!

I've never had photos taken professionally by a photographer so I felt really nervous before but she was super kind and helped me feel more at place and asked a lot of questions during the shoot so there wasn't any awkward silence. She also had a lot of suggestions what to do with my hair and hands so there's a lot of good variation with the pictures. After she took photos of me I completely forgot why I had been so nervous in the first place. I had a good time. The photos came out great and my family and I were super pleased with all of them :) Coming from the perspective of a senior who got photos taken by Amy, I approve!!

After being greeted by the photographer and his dog, I looked at all of the photographs with my boyfriend. They are mostly stretched on canvas with some framed prints along with a selection of photos on metal. He also sells his work on cards, individual prints and on a calendar. All of the items on canvas and metal are the same price, based on the size. I purchased one of the photos of Second Beach, WA for $39 pretax. Randall gave it to me with a certificate of authenticity, autographed it, and included a free calendar, free Edmonds guide where the cover pic had been taken by him, and a handout of his classes. Randall offers photography lessons at various on site locations. He proudly told us that he loves to teach and offered to teach us. Not a photographer by any means, so not going there. All of the pictures are nature scenes. We saw some of Utah, Arizona, and Oregon but most of them were taken within Washington. He captures great light and colors in his pictures. He explained that he uses a slow shutter time and doesn't use PhotoShop or alter his pictures in any way. This is a great find. I'll be back!

He helped me feel confident and competent with my camera. I highly recommend his gallery and lessons!

She's sweet, genuine, encouraging, and ambitious. We were really bad about setting a specific timeline for the day-of until the week before and Melissa was understanding and flexible with whatever needed to happen even with last-minute planning. She took nice family portraits for us and we had a blast taking our couples shots with her down on the beach. I'm a naturalist nerd and delighted in the fact that she is too, as we kept pausing to exclaim over beach-combing finds and incorporating things like sand dollars and peeling madrona bark into our photos. She did an excellent job balancing our requests for certain backdrops and types of shots with her own professional suggestions, and we couldn't be happier with how the photos turned out! She was extremely prompt with the turn-around. Sneak peeks the day after (!) and our whole portfolio just 2.5 weeks after! Wow! If you want someone who's a down-to-earth person AND a fabulous photographer, we highly recommend Melissa! We'd hire her again in a heartbeat.

Of course, we wanted perfect pictures...but we also wanted to feel comfortable with our photographer on our big day. After viewing many websites and contacting many photographers, we chose Siang and Lightphoria because of Siang's personality and his love for photography. Siang is easy to work with and listens to all your concerns and needs. We started off with a couple's session (aka engagement session) where we went around Seattle, taking pictures and breaking the ice. We turned these pictures into a guestbook, which ALL our guests adored and could not stop talking about!! Siang not only made sure he had good shots, but he took the time to develop a photographer/client connection (being socially awkward and all, boy did we take up a lot of his time). Seriously though, many photographers can take perfect pictures by working with lighting and the basic rules of photography 101. But only great photographers can capture those indescribable moments where one glance from the bride or that look in the groom's eyes captures feelings from that day. Siang has captured some of these "moments." When I look at my photos, I don't see just family and friends - instead, I see love, happiness, nervousness and joy. It is these intangible moments that Siang captures so beautifully. You won't be disappointed with Lightphoria or Siang if you ask him to freeze frame important moments in your life. We love him so much that we plan to have him at other special occasions in our life such as anniversaries, the start of our family and our children's birthday. Hopefully, our children won't be as socially awkward around cameras as Mommy and Daddy. P.S. Tell Siang that "DOMO" says hi!

Both the bride and groom love photographs, but were apprehensive of double chins, awkward faces and poses, as well as their first glance being captured on film. Siang knew just what to say, when to say it, and how to make everyone involved feel special and at ease. Siang was probably the only one who knew how to handle the devious flower girls and apprehensive ring bearers in the hot August sun. No double chins any where either! I've also had the pleasure of attending another wedding that Siang photographed. In both weddings the bride and groom felt like the photographs made their weddings seem that much more beautiful and fun! Nothing but rave reviews on his genuine, comfortable approach to wedding photography, not to mention the gorgeous shots. He also put together (possibly as part of the package, I'm not sure), slideshows and picked music for each one. This was truly a blessing as the wedding that I was in, the pictures came after the new groom was already deployed in Afghanistan. The pictures are beautiful reminder of their wedding and lifetime to come.
