The store was spotless and easy to navigate, but what really stood out was the level of accessibility and kindness. The mobility scooters were already plugged in and ready to go no waiting, no chasing someone down to get one working. That simple act meant so much. They even had sample cups of popcorn at a reachable height! (And yes, I took one... and yes, it was good ! Everyone I spoke to from the front entrance to checkout was genuinely kind and attentive. You could feel the culture of care throughout the entire store. As someone living with a disability, I can confidently say: this Festival Foods is doing it right. A bottle of pharmacy vitamins, a box of rice and two packs of chicken. Easy enough to test order pick-up. After that, I went inside and did my walking around. I even asked the door attendant about sandwiches. He not only told me where they were, he walked me over there. At the checkout, I asked the cashier to give me my three dollars change in quarters (while watching body language for eye-rolls and pronounced disrespectful exhales). This chipper, professional and happy cashier was smiles the whole time. This speaks volumes for how an employer is treating the help, and down the line, how the help treats guests. The store is really clean and organized. This business would make a great example setter for competitors. Will I be a return customer? You better believe it! This location has always been clean with a great selection of products, from produce, meat and bakery to home goods and clothes! It'll be your one stop shop for everything. They have great deals on meat and produce often and have super cute housewares and clothes! Their baby/kid selection is fantastic! Especially for baby needs(meds, soap, random feeding items). I wish they had a registry! Make sure to download their app and save $$ when shopping by clipping electronic coupons and earning points each purchase to be redeemed for $ off your future purchases. The customer service desk has always been very helpful too!

I asked if it was possible to call and have it delivered, to which they said no their walkie talkie didn't have batteries. on a walk I went to customer service where I was then told someone else would need to come and deliver for me. find a person, find a cart, wheel back battery. finally make it back to auto center 20 min later. wait about 40min for someone to start working my car despite only one other person being there and quite literally a staff of 6+ people around. front desk lady starts working the battery. finally lunch break guy appears and it finishes ~1.5hrs after showing up. told I can be reimbursed $10...cool. lady accidentally charges me for $10 (and wouldn't have noticed unless I caught it). stumble through corrections to now reimburse me twice. get to my car, the dash isn't lighting up & across the screen. I go back in to see if someone can take a look ... surely they would/could get the car back to operating condition. was immediately shrugged off as though it was a normal condition. finally convince someone to go outside with me. guy says he doesn't know, it's probably fine, if not go to a mechanic. I explain to him of course I'm not going to go right to a mechanic after getting my car serviced here. at this point the nice other guy in the waiting area comes out and helps me fix the alarms and displays. he unfortunately also realizes that they swapped out the wrong two tires on his car. completely disorganized, lacking customer service. From the time he walked up to us at the service desk until the accident report was written up, he was incredibly rude, sarcastic and showed no interest whatsoever in why we were there. When he did speak to us, he made remarks like " let's just get this over with" and basically called me a liar when I showed him where the fall occurred. Also, he saw that I was walking with a cane and the gentleman with me was having a hard time walking and when we left the service desk area to show him where I fell outside, he didn't even show us the courtesy of walking with us! He was walking so fast and so far ahead of us, he was practically outside before we even left the service desk! He made it very obvious that he was annoyed with us! Austin has no business being in a management position! Between my fall and his Sunny disposition, chances are pretty good that we won't be going back there again! Hello Walmart!
