We've never been inside so can't speak on the cleanliness or any of that inside. They have the 2/$7 deal and it's freaking wonderful! They change it often enough that it doesn't get sickening, and at the same time I really hope they do it with the chicken nuggets again because those were the best nuggets I've had from a fast food place ever! The size of them were great and the meat wasn't that ground up nasty chicken. Their Buffalo chicken sandwich is never lacking with sauce or the chicken patty. The shakes are a definite must try, really love the new one (caramel cinnamon) but my fave will always be the Jamocha. Speaking of drinks their strawberry lemonade is also good. Never really got into lemonade all of my life but I've made sure to order that drink plenty. The strawberries and cream fried pie is a good one to have if you eat it right away, definitely best eaten warm. The gyro is a thumbs up for taste and all. Definitely not as filling as other sandwiches though. The sliders are a great little bit to pick up if you're wanting something but don't want to spend a ton, good snack or mini lunch. We like to get two sliders each and a small shake each when we really want something but trying to save. Sometimes you just want that kind of food hahahaha! Oh the Diablo fries too! They put it so neatly topped, but I shook the container before opening it and it got all the yummy toppings mixed well within it. Those were super delicious and only $2.99 The people who work here are amazing too, props to all of them! We've been there every single week since moving here and they're seriously always so kind, fast, and pleasant. Even the workers are very consistent with how they treat customers and how they put together the food! No this isn't a restaurant where you'd get an outstanding meal from a master chef, it's fast food and it does a fantastic job at it! The prices are fair, and with the consistency it has a much better value. They don't skimp on stuff either such as toppings or sauce packets, food is handed over nice and hot, the foods cooked well or recooked well lol, and hopefully that never changes! It's definitely worth going here unless you absolutely hate fast food. It's saves us time so we can get home on whatever night we decide to go, no dishes, want a cheap meal, and we don't have to cook! I almost forgot to mention the corned beef Reuben! Nope not as good as some I've had in my life, but nowhere can I get a Reuben in a drive through. This seriously makes me so happy since Reuben's have been my favorite sandwich since I was little. I never really got them since they can be quite expensive in a restaurant meal. Here I can get one and it fills that hole in my stomach just fine! I hope they never remove this as this is something very unique and wonderful. Super happy to have this Arby's near us and grateful for all of the people who work here and who run it. The Tomato Soup tasted like anything but tomato, the cooks somehow screwed up and put sugar on the tortilla chips instead of salt, and the chicken and mozzarella sticks lack flavor. The Honey Mustard we had ordered was much more watery than It needed to be. They had also given us way too little of the Spinach Artichoke dip for the amount of chips we had gotten. Not to mention, the dip tasted awful. First experiences normally mean the most to a customer, and having this as my own makes me think I never want to order from here again.

The "fries" were lukewarm, mushy, and like hardly any there. So that's what it's like to live in Presque Island Maine, the food up here is horrendous even by Presque Island super bad standards, Ruby Tuesday's Not sure how they stay in business, obviously I didn't get the memo (or resd Yelp) about others dining experienc. I won't be frequenting this place again, very expensive...almost 20 bucks...had to wait in an empty restaurant while my old food sat and grew colder. I finally ordered 436PM. A veggie Mexican pizza, a veggie nacho bellgrande and 8 potato soft tacos. The food is handed to me about 25 minutes later minus the pizza. I then watch them dump my pizza onto the floor as they were going to put it in the little over. The person who dumped it picked up the pieces off the floor and tossed them in trash and then proceeds to make me another pizza, no handwashing no glove change, just floor, trash and more food. A manager was there off the clock and waiting Nd on food (came in after me, ordered, went behind counter and BS'd then came back out. After my issue got her food before me and left) and I told her about the floor issues and no handwashing washing or glove change. She goes back there for a minute, I can see everything, then comes back out to tell Me she is changing her gloves (I could see that and also saw she never washed her hands) and I then told the manager "is she remaking my food since this one she just made is Contaminated" and the manager ignored me and left. They then hand me the dirty pizza and I refuse it, "please make one with clean hands" and they did pretty quick, only they made it wrong and it had meat on it. I give it back, it's a veggie pizza and I wait. This was about 505pm now. 511 comes up and I can't wait any longer, I ask for a refund on the pizza as they haven't even started remaking it yet (you can see everything behind counter) and I leave. All of my food is just nasty now, nachos are soggy and cold, soft tacos are cold, it all Went in the trash and I left to get food for everyone waiting at another location in town. What a waste of Time and money.
