I also ordered a side Garden Salad and you would figure, "what could be the big deal with a salad" however, I CAN tell you this salad had everything including 2 kinds of peppers and an array of color throughout and they used iceberg lettuce which I love and the Italian Dressing was outstanding! Jade has been around a long time and I enjoy coming here. They are under new ownership since the last time I was here and the service certainly isn't lacking. We were greeted promptly and had a nice area to sit in that wasn't right on top of any other tables so we could talk and enjoy ourselves. The food was delicious as expected. They weren't very busy and it did take a little longer to get our food than expected but it was worth the wait. Drive was nice and it was sweetened by meeting up with friends from Rangeley who were up snowmobiling. They recommended meeting up at Ferris BBQ so we put in the GPS and off we went. Ample parking, clear signage, and entrance clearly marked. Found our friends at the bar waiting for us. The chocolate rim was semi sweet chocolate with sea salt yum! The Brisket nacho fries were amazing. The brisket was super tender, almost melted in my mouth so good. Fries were crispy on the outside and smooth on the inside. We dove in so fast and was having such a good conversation a picture of the nachos is missing. Decor was BBQ type theme with metal signage with cute sayings. Ample tables and a good sized bar. Friendly staff and good food, I'll have to come back again in the summer when we visit again.
