Came here for lunch and a couple of drinks. This place was much bigger than expected. Had a large indoor and a very large outdoor seating area. Both areas had their own bars. As for the food, it was very good and fairly priced. Very fast and friendly staff and I would recommend anyone give this place a try! read more

I ordered the chicken fajita wrap. The chicken and veggie mixture was spicy, but not so hot that my mouth was on fire. The meat was cooked perfectly and there was no chicken fat to be found. It was slightly on the saucy side, but that's really the only complaint that I could come up with. The wrap was delicious. If we were to go back, I would go during lunch or early dinner time to where hopefully it wasn't so loud, because the food is definitely worth going back for. I have always loved coming here- I have been coming for 10 years. Originally, the outdoor patio was what drew me in- it is amazing. Certain items or specials kept me coming in- the crawfish, jumbo bloodies, margaritas- but my true love was the spinach dip. I literally got it every time! I was recently dining with a friend and of course I ordered the Spinach dip- but lone behold they changed it. I was shocked- kalamata olives and pepperchinis? The kalamata olives didnt bother me, i love the flavor with artichokes- but the pepperchinis were spicy and didnt go well with it at all. For the first time, I didnt even finish it. My friend asked the server what happened to the Old recipe and the server replied "we were told it was too bland in reviews". What!? Never when i had it! It was always creamy and smooth- nicely seasoned and basic as any spinach and artichoke dip should be. Now it's just... different, with too many ingredients and mediocre at best. The abundance of ingredients took away the creaminess and left me with chunky dip. Pretty please go back to the old recipe! It was amazing. My daughter chose this place to dine at and it was great. Friday night, very busy, indoor and outdoor seating full upon arrival but the staff was pleasant and efficient once we obtained a table. A little noisy inside dining for me but not overbearing. Did have to wait a few minutes for a table but had the opportunity to chat with some lovely people while waiting. We had baked haddock, clam chowder soup and tuna, each entree was delicious. Our waitress was efficient, very pleasant and attentive. Drink and food service was efficient. I am critical about where I dine, I would dine here the next time I am in Green Bay. Food prices comparable. read more

Pretty good food. Had the chili and it was awesome (no beans). The fajita wrap was awesome and would get it again. The ranch dressing was great to go with the fries to. I am not a fan of crinkle cut fries, but they were extra crispy so that made up for it. The bloody Mary's are homemade (no prepare mix), so I would recommend this in a heart beat read more

MMMMMM. Delicious food. The burgers were extremely flavorful. We couldn't believe the taste. I had this burger that was absolutely mouthwatering. The fries were pretty tasty as well. The service was pretty good too and the people working there are definitely friendly. The price was very reasonable and even though the food took a little longer than we are used to out here in Los Angeles, CA......it was worth it. You cannot cook great quality food in fast food times. Fox Harbor Inc was so delicious; we came back the next afternoon and ended up eating our last meal in Green Bay there. Luckily for us, it was located across the street from our hotel which made it really easy. Great price, great food, and so much history involved in the building itself. Used to be a hotel that was built in the 1800's. We would definitely eat at Fox Harbor Inc again, the next time we are in Green Bay. read more

The Thai Chili wings were spot on! Freshly made, good heat, great presentation, not microwaved. ... Mon & Tues night specials. After a long conf day at the KI Center, the outdoor patio on the beautiful river walk was delightful and within walking distance. Good brew selections on tap....Wisc Amber was very good. I thought they deserved another star since the last time I stopped in. Went here on Saturday with friends and the chili was amazing. It was a straight up the biggest bowl of chili. The flavor was really good and I love that you have the option to add green onions, sour cream, pasta and cheese. Our waitress was attentive and we never had an empty drink. We were seated at our table for over ten minutes during a pretty calm 4pm. Several Employees working but no one bothered coming over. I finally approached the bar and asked a gentleman sitting there if he knew if there were actual servers. Another guy at the bar asked me what we needed. I said a server and he asked if we had been waiting long than went to tell someone. He appeared to know the staff. They didn't have two of the beers they feature on their menu and the selection was small regardless. The waitress, when she came over was pleasant enough food was just boring . I'd suggest finding a different spot though the building is cool and I'm sure during the mild months the outside seating has a great view read more

With all the great offerings elsewhere, there's no way I'm going to come back to a place with okay food, a really horrible happy hour and some of the worst servers I've ever seen. I was attracted to the place because of it's large open area in the back and it's vintage pub look out front... but an exterior facade is all it really has. We were generally ignored... enough that I had to walk up to the bar to ask for a drink. Not only that, but when I complained about my cocktail, they didn't even TRY to placate me, they just said, oh well this is how it is, and then IGNORED ME. Seriously? Try Hinterland instead, better cocktails, deals on certain days for certain foods, and a really welcoming atmosphere. Or Ned Kelly's for good beers, or Libertine for good cocktails, or White Dog Black Cat Cafe for good burgers in a bar... basically I'm saying that it'd be a waste to pass up a waaaay better place for this joint. read more

Solid 3/5 stars. Good not great food. Seat yourself dining was fine, but it took quite a while to get waited on. Music was obnoxiously loud because it wasn't very busy. The atmosphere/building itself was great. Very aesthetically pleasing. Menu items consistent with your average bar/grill. The "famous" crawdads menu option was disappointing. We shared the 2 pound entree because we figured it would be plenty for the two of us. And it definitely was not! We've had crayfish before and know they can be a bit putsy and not the most filling, but this was... not at all what we were expecting. 2 pounds BEFORE being cooked 100%. We also didn't receive plates or silverware. Thankfully the waiter noticed we needed plates, so he reused our appetizer plates... like stacked it all up and then was like oh, here's the plates back. Just odd to me. We had to go find him for silverware. He never stopped back to check how food was, but did ask if we were okay on drinks. The crayfish were VERY heavily cajun/celery salt seasoned. But whatever, that was fine. We only received one cup of butter that was already cold by the time it got to us. And we had to share it between the two of us. The wet naps provided were literally hand sanitizer wipes. So that was a dirty surprise lol. Not a very appetizing scent while eating. The most expensive item on the menu should be top notch and we were left underwhelmed. I'm not saying all this to be harsh, I'm trying to be honest. It's not the worst experience we've had by far, but there's some major room for improvement. I'd go back for the bar, but not the food. read more

A typical riverfront bar, great patio with large bonfire, outdoor bar, great place to take a summer stroll to as it's right off the trail, live music outside in the summer. Nice clean bar. As for food, typical bar food.. for winter they seem to always have a good hearty soup and a lot of tvs to watch all of the sports. My favorite feature about this bar is the upstairs. You can rent it out for a private party, your own bar and patio, food, drinks and room, such a blast and cool feature to offer for parties! read more

Menus: They are a good thing. Servers who aren't completely clueless: Also a good thing. Unfortunately, Fox Harbor didn't have a drink menu. Yes, I get that it's a bar and I should know what I want depending on what they have.... Uh, wait - what did I just write? It does help to have a general idea what is available. Not to mention that when travelling I like to sample the local brews, but unfortunately our server wasn't of much help there. Oh yes, and it's also nice to find types of beers or mixed drinks that I haven't contemplated. Or maybe the clientele always knows what they want - uh no, for a restaurant in a relatively touristy area, that excuse just doesn't hold water. Also, nobody greeted us upon arriving, so we sat down at an empty table. It took about ten minutes to get anybody to come, and even then it was with a curt "Can I help you"? The food itself was adequate - I had gluten-free pizza which wasn't half bad, and the Corona (yes, most definitely not a local offering) went down easy enough. However, the already-discombobulated server was unable to produce a dessert menu, so we went up the street for that. I kind of sense we struck at a bad time, but I can't say we're in any hurry to return. read more

Was very excited to try the place for the first time. We all sit down and we just get water to drink then the waiter asks for IDs. Why the hell would we need IDs for water but I guess everyone needs to be 21. My brother just turned 20 so we couldn't stay. We were just going to eat, watch the Bucks and Brewers, then leave. Really dumb rule especially being 6:30 on a Thursday. On top of that we all saw at least 2 people who were like 14 and a kid who was like 7. I walked by this place in march and couldn't wait to check out the back patio. It was a great place to bring my parents, wife and 1.5 month old baby, tied up our dog outside the fence as well... The CC Boyz popped in here for a Monday lunch with the newest team member today. The place was pretty full for lunch but the bartender was able to set us up quickly at the corner of the bar for optimal cross talk. Food was fast and hot, as always the chili was top 5. I went here for the hot harbor special, see picture. The beer I had was good but the total screw up with the burger makes me forget the name. I planed and researched this burger to be the one to get in Green Bay for my visit. The place is spacious and good looking. Servers were very good and the bar was very nice with lots of light wood and dark furniture. I asked if I could get a rare burger and was told yes, but what I got had no red or pink at all in it and was cooked complete. I showed my server and she tried to correct the burger with another one but I didn't just want to throw a plate of food away and lived with it. Why is rare so hard to do, I'm tired of complaining about this in reviews. Bottom line is it was screwed up but was very good with the breaded jalapeño and feta cheese mess with bacon. It's very messy and very tasty and I would do it again if they cooked it right. They did make it right and comp me the food so I left my server a nice tip on the drink. They have a good menu and I just got a freak screw up, see my pix. It's a nice place with a good menu and I just got screwed. The onion rings were perfect, the roll was good and that messy feta sauce with the bacon and breaded jalapeño was thinking out of the box that worked very well. I just wish it was cooked right. It's a solid place that with a good menu. It's a nice place to hang out at. read more

Returned to fox harbor on a busy (sunny) afternoon. It was just ok, the food was so,so and while the service was prompt it bordered on pushy, as in trying to turn a table, when all we wanted to do was relax and enjoy the outdoor patio. Fox harbor is one of the few places in green bay that has an outdoor patio on the river, the others being, Jimmy-seas, regatta (former fratellos) and st. Brendans. Food during this visit was average. If your looking for the most happening patio in green bay, this is probably it on a sunny day. read more

It's been a while since I've been here for food and to be honest I kinda completely forgot about it. It's a bit further down from all the bars on Washington so it's a bit less crowded (which I enjoy). The menu is a good mixture of typical bar food and some more "upscale" options. I ordered the Ahi Tuna BLT. It was $14 and I wasn't sure if a tuna sandwich would be worth it, but it totally was. It wasn't just sliced tuna, IT WAS THE WHOLE TUNA STEAK! I was only able to finish half of it which means leftovers!! The service was great. They have happy hour 4-7 Monday- Friday and I was pleasantly surprised when our server asked if we would like to just use it right away for our drinks or both pay for one and get chips(for drinks later). I liked that she gave us the option. The only catch with that is the chips can only be used during happy hour. I really enjoyed the food and the service, I'll definitely be back!! read more

Stopped in Green Bay WI on our way to Fish Creek WI. Fox Harbor was a really neat historical building on the river with a neat bar. Service was good. We just ordered an app sampler type plate and it was good except our only complaint is $12 is a bit steep for a plate consistenting of mostly fries. My favorite kind of fries though so I toughed it out;) I would definitely recommend though. read more

This was just a fun local place, with live music a fun cover band. We ordered craw dads for an appetizer and that was our first experience with Crawfish but the waitress was helpful and we got it down in no time. We also had the thigh bonez or something with a dry Cajun rub with fries, chicken wings with a bourbon BBQ sauce and a cup of chili. The dry rub was great with that rib like texture and the sauce delicious as well, fries a perfect crispness and was told the chili was good too! Not a complaint with the meal! They also still have double bubble happy hour but it is only on crappy beer, not craft beers, or low quality rail booze.
