This is a locally owned pet boutique where you don't feel like a transaction--you feel like a regular, even if weeks go by between visits. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely attentive. There is one wonderful woman who helps me every single time I'm there (and Lord forgive me, I can never remember her name), but she consistently goes above and beyond--right down to carrying my haul out to the car for me. And trust me... it's a haul. I rarely leave with fewer than six containers of Dogs Eat Rite raw food, plus goat's milk, and usually a little Green Juju for good measure. Without her help, I'd be making multiple trips--and probably impressing my Health app with all the extra steps I am getting. They've special-ordered items for me before, listened carefully to what I'm looking for, and helped me choose what actually fits my dog's needs (which, let's be honest, are also my needs). The quality of products in this store is outstanding. And the treats--excuse me, cookies (as they are called in my house)--are next level.
