Luckily, they had a jacuzzi brand vsp in stock. After talking with Debbie at the store I made my purchase and ran home to install it before the party which would be days later. Install went great but there was a problem with the display buttons. I managed to setup it up the way I needed via the Bluetooth app and the party was great with a clean pool. I followed up with Debbie on the problem with the buttons and share started working on it on her end. The problem was determined to be the sticker covering the button panel and apparently there was a revision made at the factory. She called me when it came in and I was able to easily swap it out and have a fully functional pump panel now. I can only imagine the hell it would have been had I purchased a pump online and had an issue like this. I normally do like to shop local when I can and since my interactions with Debbie at the local store I've started getting all of my supplies locally and supporting my local store since they have supported me greatly since the pump. Doesn't matter the question I have I know I can reach out to my local store now and for that they have earned all of my pool supplies business. Everyone there has been nothing but absolutely helpful and friendly.

We shopped around, looked at different stores and models, and got our site ready for the hot tub and sauna. They always had answers to our questions and recommended a fantastic electrician. The entire business--from sales and showroom, to delivery coordination, and finally installation--was smoothly coordinated with the perfect amount of communication. I am also satisfied with the actual work to install the heater. Their scheduling leaves a LOT of room for improvement. I was told I would receive a quote in a couple of days. After a week and a half, I asked again. A few days later I received an apology that they had been busy and the quote was attached. The attachment was for a pool liner. When I pointed that out it took another few day to get the right quote. Last Tuesday I asked to schedule some service so my wife does not need to take care of it while I am out of town. The auto-response email said they would email me a confirmed date within a few days. Today is Monday. I am still waiting. I guess I was spoiled at my last location, the people would actually get back to you promptly. But when your the only place in town....

We signed up for valet service that comes and goes as they please. No communication. They showed up…read morethis Wednesday and "treated" my pool. Left 3 bags of salt and added chlorine. My salt level is fine. My chlorine went from 3.5 before the "treatment" to 23.5. I called, left messages, visited the store, the store confirmed my readings. Wendy was highly confrontational when I finally connected with her. I would not recommend this company if you value your pool. It's unusable for now and I'll have to get a new company to clean up this mess. Shame on you Wendy. Businesses make mistakes but a good company makes them right

I am trying to like these people as they install our inground pool, but they seem to want every step of the way to be a surprise and half finished. Communication would have gone a long, long way but they completely and utterly lacked in informing us of what to expect, when to expect it, and made clear attempts at excuses for things that could have been straightforward communication and I would have understood. The subcontractors they used were very nice and seemed to do a decent job. My impression is that Goodall failed at project planning to complete the job efficiently, and communication was at best reactive to our constant probes of questions to figure out what was going to go on at our home with this large project. It made it very difficult to plan our own parts of the project (ie landscaping, etc) and wasted a lot (a couple thousand dollars) of our money with wasted materials and I can't even tell you how much of our time has been wasted that could have been prevented if they provided a clear plan, design, and information. I will update this review when we're all said and done to hopefully a better rating with full details.

We bought a pool from crystal pools in e-town pa above ground 18 round…read morepaid cash went with crystal pools because they have a good reputation they installed our pool last September we didnt swim in the pool till end of may and have divits all over the bottom of the pool We didnt even make it a year so they came out on the 30th of may and said it was their fault now a manager came out and said about moles... never the less they installed a bad pool they need to replace the liner repack the sand and refill the pool with water ..I will update to let you know how this company deals with this or if we have to get a lawyer. Updates will be posted. Update 7/18/2011 Crystal pools above ground pool manager Nate sent a proposal out offering water, repacking the sand and at their decision the pool liner which we really dont like because the way the old liner stretched out on the bottom i dont see how they could reuse this and the water will be out until they repack the sand.I will update how they handle the liner to get that last star from us.Crystal Pools is a good company updates on the way.Everything handled good pool is redone.

On July 8, 2024, we ordered a Merlin Pool cover at Keystone Pools for $1,999.59. The required 50%…read moredeposit on the order, $999.59, was paid. We were told the order would take approximately six weeks to process. Six weeks later, on August 19, 2024, we called to inquire about the pool cover. Keystone Pools told us they were having trouble with the internet/phone, and orders were delayed in arriving. They told us to check back at the end of August. We called the week of September 2 (8 weeks after the order was placed/deposit paid). We were told the order was not yet in. After two weeks, we started calling again with no answer. On Friday, September 20, 2024, we drove to Keystone Pools to inquire about the order in person. The woman in the store said she had no information about the order, but the owner had a death in the family and the order might be delayed. She didn't have the phone number for Merlin to check on the order status, but she would leave a message for the owner. On Monday, September 23, 2024, we emailed Merlin Pools directly to see where the pool cover was. We received an email from Merlin Pools on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, that an order of 1 pool cover ($1,999.59) for us was placed on 9/23/2024. The next day, we received another email from Merlin Pools that the pool cover had been shipped to the distribution center in Harrisburg, PA. We began calling Keystone Pools to find out when we could pick up the pool cover/pay the balance. No one has answered the phone since September. We mailed them a letter asking for the pool cover or to return our deposit. We drove to Keystone Pools three more times, October, November, and today. No one is ever at the store. It is always closed even though the store hours posted indicate the store is open. Now the phone number is no longer in service, and the pool cover seems to be being held at the distribution center in Harrisburg. Last week, Merlin Pools encouraged us to contact the distributor in Harrisburg, but they haven't returned our calls. Now six months after we placed the order at Keystone Pools, we are out the $999.59 deposit, and we have no Merlin pool cover. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and we are now pursuing a small claims court claim for breach of contract.
