Dr. Czarnecki was the doctor I saw at the Fox Foot and Ankle Center. He was understanding, professional and made me fell at ease. I needed a injections on my foot and I never felt any pain. I can not say enough good things about everyone in this office! From the second I called to schedule an appointment to the appointment itself everything went so well! The staff was so helpful and professional! The doctor was absolutely amazing with my 2 year old! He really took his time to understand and treat my sons issue. We have been seen by three other doctors who all told me it was nothing but in less than 30 minutes the doctor was able to diagnose my son and recommend a treatment plan! Dr. Fox is awful. I've not only had to have my surgery done by him corrected by a different orthopedic surgeon, but I've also know multiple other patients of his that have had the same problem. He has a HORRIBLE bedside manner. On top of that the day of the surgery afterwards my husband told me that Dr. Fox repeatedly kept running out to his camper trailer while the nurses and anesthesiologist were prepping me while my husband and sister were both forced to sit in the waiting room (I've never had this problem at any other facility). He also brought up last minute how if this surgery doesn't work out than he can do a more immensive surgery. I should have seen that as a warning sign since it seemed like he didn't have much confidence in his own abilities. Afterwards, I was sent back to work prematurely via medical leave of absence. I was told that I was supposed to have two MRIs and follow up apts. After the first MRI they said I was ok even though I repeatedly told the doctor that's not right. 2 weeks after the office released me they called me and said that I actually did indeed need a second MRI. When I confronted the receptionist over the phone when she called me telling me I had to go back, I tried to kindly tell her that I was switching doctors and why, and she actually started crying and babbling. I had a great experience here. I contacted via website and they called back 1st thing in am. Had appt that day. Office was thorough and helpful. Nurses and dr T were great. Clear, explained it all, easy to understand, action plan and best of all no more pain! They all went above and beyond for me that day. Would highly recommend. read more

Dr.Fox is really helpful. I am the third family member to go to him and find that he is straightforward and has helped with two issues I have had. Will be taking better care of my feet as a result. Agnes clipped my husband's feet. His podiatrist at the nursing home he lives at had been very neglectful and unreliable so I took him out in the cold because I wanted him seen by Dr. Fox's office. So happy I did. They were so patient and helpful to him dealing with his dementia. He and I are seen at the Oswego office. I would have given 5 stars but I very much dislike that the paperwork to fill out every visit is redundant and it bugs me to write the same thing every visit if it isn't for something new. read more

If you're looking for a podiatrist with a professional demeanor, Dr. Fox is not for you. If you have a dispute with billing or services, he'll instantly turn the tables and try to blame you for the problems. He's extremely condescending, as well. Instead of putting my concerns at ease in a conciliatory manner, he chose to take the low road and accuse me of dodging what I owed him by bringing up my issues. Jamie M's review should be a recommended review as this is how this office is run. They run around like chicken's with their head's cut off. You tell one nurse one thing and its never gets communicated to the proper person. Then you end up making an appointment for a shot that was never ordered because of the miscommunication and you pay for the visit. I totally agree with Jamie. This is the only office that asks for $ up front. Then they end up over charging you and when you have an FSA that will pay you once you get the bill that just doesn't work for patients. Then they tell you that you haven't paid your deductible when it was so paid $1500 ago. read more

I have experienced plantars fasciitis for 2 years and was looking for great treatment to solve these issues. I made an appointment with this Podiatrist office and met with Dr. Vohra who was excellent with his knowledge. This is his specialty and we have started treatment. I am very pleased. This is ten times better seeing someone who specializes in it specifically, having "conservative treatment," and a more speedy recovery than seeing your general practitioner and just getting a diagnosis. read more

Dr. Fox and his staff were wonderful. I had two surgeries over the course of the past 6 months. Both went smoothly, and by following his post surgery plan, my recovery has also been right on target. I had a relatively large balance after my insurance paid - I wish my insurance covered a little more... but they worked with me on a payment plan and were very accommodating. I cant really give a review to the dr. My daughter never got in to see him. When I made the appointment I gave the secretary all of my insurance information. Then I also filled out all the paperwork and brought in all my cards I was completely prepared for the appointment and I was on time for! We ended up waiting for 45 minutes, and sat and watched the most chaotic on unorganized doctors office I've ever seen. After waiting for 45 minutes she finally spoke to me and told me that she wanted to go over my insurance. Which she had already had for over a week but I had to wait for 45 minutes so she could figure that out and make phone calls?! I have two insurances one covers 80% the other picks up the other 20% remaining I have never ever had a co-pay for anywhere or any other podiatrist and I have met my deductible's for my daughter! With that being said they insisted that I give them some sort of a deposit for $250! I signed papers that stated that if I gave my credit card information to them and after the insurance paid, if there was a remaining balance they would use my credit card and pay it off ,plus they would give me a 5% off for giving them my credit card information upfront. So let's recap here, they had two insurances that would basically Cover the entire bill and my credit card information but they still wanted me to give them $250 right then and there for a reason that she couldn't even explain to me properly?!it made NO since at all! I could see if maybe it was 20 percent of the dr visit , but it wasn't . And they claimed it was for the entire dr visit! That's ridiculous! Never ever have I done this. I have had same insurance for 20 years ! This place was so unprofessional! One of the many nurses walking around spoke with a patient in the waiting room! About a procedure the dr wanted to do? That needs to be done with the dr?? Right ? I mean considering a visit is worth 250 dollars?i would not recommend !
