Both my friend and I did not feel that the service was worthy of an extra tip added, so we were going to leave. As we were leaving both the owner and another lady were like "wait what about the tip?" They then proceeded to come out from behind the desk and claim we can't leave until they see they receive the tip through venmo. We were both so confused because we said we would tip when we leave through venmo. All in all, I do not recommend this place whatsoever. They were so pushy with their services.

Mind you not, I still tipped 20% on the service. Finally, they did not have a relaxing experience. The room is right behind their store (Shiseido). The tech kept the figure white light on the entire team, used her iPad to play calming music, and I felt like I was in a football stadium the whole time. She didn't even cover my eyes, and had the light beaming on my face the entire time. The treatment was painful, and that's something that wasn't conveyed before either. One of the employees mentioned that today was actually their soft opening, with the official grand opening on Friday, July 19th. This meant that not all of the products were available yet, but the employee assured me that everything would be in stock by the grand opening. As I browsed the store and checked out their new store, I inquired, if the Ulta Beauty store at the Freehold Raceway Mall would still exist. They assured me it does. Personally, this location is easier to get to than the one at the mall as it is next to Trader Joe's. I can shop for groceries and my beauty needs in one easy drive. I wish them great success as they are a welcome addition to the community.
