Foxbank Veterinary Clinic has been wonderful to all 3 of my pets. They treat them as if they are one of their own. Both of the dogs love going to Foxbank. They are a wonderful veterinary clinic, and do whatever they can to help their clients.

Can't thank Dr Han enough for seeing my girl Millie today!!!! Her and her assistant were so sweet and kindhearted and got my Chameleon feeling better and I couldn't be more happy with my experience at Foxbank veterinary hospital! Thank you again!

I cannot stress enough positives about every aspect of my experiences throughout my years with Lakeside. A business is only as good as its owners AND employees... I give them an A+, with an 11 on a scale of 1-10. They take excellent care of my sweet boy, Matty, a Cairn Terrier. Also, I've found their prices on pet care supplies, meds, food & treats to be lower to competitive costs. I've called ahead for food or supplies. You can pay ahead over the phone and walk inside, or let them know you'd like to drive to their side window for payment and pickup. As many would agree, our pets are also our children... They depend upon us to take care of their needs and make the wisest decisions for their wellbeing. Thank you for all you do, Lakeside Animal Hospital. KC

We have lived in the Moncks Corner area for almost a year and this is the second veterinary clinic in this area that we have gone to. This will probably be our new vet because driving to Summerville to our old vet is not ideal. This animal hospital was very clean. The employees seemed to very knowledgable as well. They were also priced very reasonably compared to other places.

I went in crying, trying to find the words that my cat is in bad shape. I was scared to move Tiger out of my car because I didn't want to cause him any extra pain. A staff member gets Tiger out of my car and rushes him inside and into a room. I explain to the staff, Tiger is a feral cat, he didn't show up to dinner the night before, and my parents found him on their side of the yard that morning. Tiger was covered in ants and had two wounds. He wasn't moving. His breathing was shallow. He looked like he was knocking on death's door. I was asked,"Is Tiger fixed?" He is. I was never asked if he is up to date on shots or rabies shot. Then I'm told they want to test him for feline leukemia. I agree, The staff is cleaning Tiger up, drawing blood, and taking his temperature. Tiger's temperature is low and his feline leukemia test is negative. There is no fight from Tiger when they take blood or temperature. The staff seems hopeful. They get him comfortable and warmed up. The vet fears maybe Tiger was hit by a car and wants to do a radiograph. I agree and it comes back good. The vet shaved around his wounds and takes pictures. Tiger is good to go home. I'm shocked because I really thought he was gonna have to be put down, but I'm happy because he's gonna make it. I'm handed a bag full of food and medicine. I ask when should I give him his pain medicine. I was told,"He's gonna be high for a while" I asked about his wounds because they weren't stitched up. "Do you want something to clean the wounds with?" Yes, I do. I carry Tiger's limp body out to my car. I go back inside to pay. It was over $600. I was informed that the vet is wanting to see him every other day to give him iv fluids. More money, but Tiger is gonna be okay. That's all that mattered to me. Even if it meant I was gonna struggle financially some. I get Tiger home. I place him on a heating pad and cover him with a blanket like the vet and her staff did. I decide to stay home and lay next to my sweet Tiger. His body is still limp and his breathing hasn't changed much from when I rushed him to the vet. He's gonna be okay because surely they wouldn't send him home if he wasn't. Tiger and I took our first nap together. My oldest daughter came by to see Tiger when she got off of work. We are grateful Tiger is gonna pull through. 2 hours later Tiger died on my bed. I carried Tiger over to my parents in the rain. We were all in shock. I was angry and hurt. I thought I would've gotten a phone call the next day to check up on Tiger, I didn't. I got a text reminding me of his appointment the following day. I call the vet to cancel it and to inform them Tiger died shortly after we got home. I'm fighting back tears and trying not to let my emotions get the best of me. The staff on the phone asked for my address and I gave it to her. Then she asked if I want a partial refund and I said yes. She had to ask the vet first if they could do that. I was told I could bring in the bag of food and medicine to get a refund. I never went in. I couldn't bring myself to go in there. They sent me home with my dying cat. They took advantage of the love I had for him. I only took him to that vet because it wasn't far from where I lived. I didn't want him to suffer. I will NEVER go back there. I'm not even sure why they got my address because they didn't send me a sympathy card. They took my money though. I really believe if I would have taken him to my regular vet or anywhere else he would have been put down. From the reviews, this isn't the first time they have sent a pet home to die.

It is, however, very unfortunate that Animal Medical Clinic of Goose Creek does not see an issue with charging the customer $26.95 for 3 (THREE) Galliprant pain pills. That's almost $9/pill! When I asked to speak to the office manager the next morning, notes were taken and it was explained that it is always cheaper to buy in bulk - no kidding! I explained that I was very unhappy with their price gouging practices and that at this point I am simply appalled and disgusted. I was told that the office manager would get in touch with me. While I haven't heard from the office manager, I did receive a call to confirm our appointment. When I asked for our appointment to be canceled, declined to reschedule, and thanked the young lady for her help, I heard something that sounded like "ok" and then I was hung up on. Considering their unethical business practices, not only did they lose our vet business for two dogs, they lost our boarding business as well and so much more....

I battled with turning around and picking my dogs up immediately. Told myself I was overreacting but after reading other reviews and doing my own research, many others have had the same experience. He has a horrible attitude problem - caught him rolling his eyes to fellow employees at my puppy bc she was crying when we first walked in. His dog barked in my dogs face and he said my puppy came on too strong. Aggressively ordered me to change seats. I tried being relatable to him and made a comment about his dogs (I had the same when I was younger) and he rolled his eyes and acted like it was the dumbest thing he's ever heard and I was wasting his time. He is very condescending and rude- probably should be nowhere near customer service. Something felt very cold and off about him and I have to go with my gut and keep him away from my dogs! We will not be returning. The establishment itself is well kept and clean. My dogs appeared to have had a great time via Instagram - just wish they had a kinder person working the front desk!
