PA came and told me that I don't have hear problem and I was dismissed. Very next day I was hospitalized with A-fib and tachycardia. I am very dissapointed that I was dismissed so easily with heart problem. The PA should have being more concerned because even though my EKG was normal, but the heart rate was very fast. He should have being more careful and, perhaps, recommend me to go to the ER at least. Please, be careful with those urgent cares. They can only diagnose a very simple diagnoses.

Brigham and Women's truly provides world class healthcare, and since I live in Rhode Island, this location is for more convenient for me for routine appointments than other Brigham locations. I find that the doctors here are generally on-time and I also don't feel that they are rushed during my visits. There is free parking nearby, and valet parking as well. The facility is clean and modern, and as an added bonus, there's a great view of Gillette Stadium! The only reason I'm giving B&W 4 stars at this location is that there does seem to be quite a bit of turnover in doctors here. I've had numerous changes in doctors, and though they all provide excellent care, I really wish that the doctors would stay here for a longer time.

From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Despite expecting a long wait, the three hours went by quickly, and I was actually called into a room in less than 10 minutes. The woman who escorted me to the room was incredibly kind, funny, and sympathetic--she immediately put me at ease and even had me laughing during a stressful moment. The PA and nurse who treated me were just as professional and compassionate. They made me feel comfortable and not awkward or embarrassed about falling. Everything was handled thoroughly and carefully, right down to my stitches. The facility itself was spotless and very well maintained. I truly felt cared for and respected throughout the visit. I would absolutely recommend this urgent care location and would not hesitate to return if needed. Great team, great care.

Not once did she make me feel embarrassed. Instead, she laughed and said, "Girl, it's okay, we all get backed up sometimes." That honestly made my whole day. Healthcare workers like her make such a difference. She treated me with kindness, humor, and genuine care when I was feeling pretty miserable. Give that woman an award! The nurse and staff on fourth floor were great! Other than that, 5th floor amd ER are worst ever…read more My son was in a car accident. Broke 5 bones. 3 in one leg, two in another. ER Dr only x-rayed one leg. Even though I asked about the other, stated that was all they found. 2 days later (while in a make shift splint on the 4th floor) my son was still in alot of pain I asked the attending doctor to review the x-ray from when in ER. He flipped through his records and said " they didnt x-ray that leg!) My son was bruised from hip to toe, I showed the Dr and he ordered another x-ray. His femur and tibia were broken. He had gone 2 days without this being noticed due to the incompetence of the ER Dr. He was eventually transferred to MGH where he was properly casted and cared for. 2 weeks later my son was suffering from a blockage. Back to ER (unfortunately, needing ambulance transport due to bilateral casting and having to go by stretcher, Milford was only option.) He was admitted, he wasn't cleaned out properly and few days after discharge I was abled to arrange transportation to Newton Wellsley. He was taken care of there. Three months later, my son is suffering from acute insomnia. After working relentlessly with his psychiatrist with nothing working for him, on the 9th sleepless night, he became delusional, hearing voices, paranoid and seeing things that weren't there. ER did nothing. Had a behavioral clinician eval and sent him home. Unbelievable!

Jess was there to answer any and all questions when I called. She too was on her game getting back with any concerns. The stay at Sturdy was longer than expected due to blood pressure but the nurses were so caring. They responded so quickly to the call button and were helpful. I was blessed to have Jakki, Marie, Richard, Liz and also Ashley. They are an outstanding group of nurses, CNA's and phlebotomist. I had a friend visit who is a RN and she commented on how well the floor seemed to work together and everyone was smiling. Impressive! Last but not least, the PT department shines. Will is such a warm, encouraging attribute to Sturdy. He was patient and truly cared about me while I was in his care. Thank you Will. His helper Tye was also very sweet. Overall I could not ask for a better team of caring professionals and would recommend Sturdy to anyone needing medical care.

Today, 1/20/22 I drove to NAMC to see if my records had been received and was told they were not. I then drove to my current physician's office asking if they had received a fax request for my medical records. It turns out the office staff at NAMC never sent the requests for my medical records! As a result, I will not be leaving my current doctor because if the NAMC office staff cannot handle 2 faxes, I will not put my health in their hands. Another problem with this facility is it is very difficult to get a hold of them by phone.
