One of the worst pizzas in butler. Dry and flavorless, location is awful to get in and out of. Would not recommend save your $

Ordered pizzas ahead of time. Went to pick them up, they were out of potatoes so they couldn't make our pierogi pizza. Owner said I can make you a medium instead of x-large. We said ok. He said I can have your order ready in 10 minutes. Thirty minutes later they had the pizzas ready. No apology. Called and talked to the owner, he said we did our best. I can understand when restaurants are short staffed but lack of communication and empathy for poor service is not acceptable. read more

Garlic parm fries were very good, breaded sweet n spicy wings really good. My pizza was a bit cold but had generous toppings. Asked for extra sauce but didnt get it, so... also paid for ranch but didnt get it. Delivery driver BRIAN is super friendly and awesome. read more

I am so disappointed in this store. I ordered a New Yorker pizza. It was delivered ahead of estimated time. The main issue was, it was not cut at all. Not the first slice mark. We were hungry so we did what any normal person would do, we used our pizza cutter and I cut it so we could eat during the steelers game. It was not their best attempt and only tasted, so-so. After eating, I called to report the issue. I was told that because I cut it and didn't call them right away, there was nothing they could do. No credit, replacement, just nothing. This location has really gone downhill. With so many pizza places to choose from, one would think that they would go out of their way to make it right, nope, nothing. I ordered a Steak Stromboli last night. The description said that the Stromboli is "smothered with cheese", it didn't have an ounce of cheese on it. My husband ordered a Taco Salad that had ONE chip in it. There is no point in calling them and complaining about the mistakes because they act like you're the one who made the food. They are hesitant to give any refunds too. I'm done ordering from Fox's Pizza. There HAS to be another pizza place in town. read more

I ordered $65 worth of food this evening due to not having time to cook because my daughter had a surgical procedure this afternoon. The quote for delivery was 45 minutes. My food finally arrived 1 hour and 10 minutes later. All of the pizzas were cold. Cold to the point the cheese was solid. I ordered half of my one pizza with pepperoni and bacon. Only half of the half had bacon on it. We haven't ordered from this location in a while and I can tell you I probably won't ever again. Not worth the money at all! read more

I ordered a large pizza and as I was eating it I found a big long hair baked into the crust. It was not one of mine because it was literally baked into the crust. No one working had hair covers and there were men with long beards that were uncovered. This is the most unsanitary pizza shop I have ordered from. We have been ordering from Fox's for the last few years. In a normal order, we get a few large pizzas, wings, and some type of bread sticks (I have kids and they love to eat). I have not ever experienced a messed up or cold order. Everything tastes perfect, and it's beginning to be one of our 1st choices when it comes to ordering Pizza in Butler. Ordering is easy- you can do it online or over the phone. Delivery is usually within 30 mins, even if they tell you it will be an hour. read more

Ordered a large taco pizza and an order of onion rings at about 4:45 PM. It didn't show up until 6:30. Assuming it was handed to the delivery driver on time, at 5:30, how on earth did it then take an hour to deliver it a mile and a half away? The pizza and onion rings were cold when they showed up, and they were the soggiest onion rings I've ever had. They were crumbling apart. We could have ordered from Caliente's, driven to pick it up, gotten home, and eaten in the time it took for it to be delivered, and at least if we'd ordered from Caliente's it would have been good pizza. read more

I used to love Fox's when they were over on West Penn. My boyfriend lives over there, basically right next door. So we ate there a lot. Our first date was there back in high school. I loved that their menu was so diverse and the food was always great. The workers knew us both by name. Now that they've moved to a new location, the service is terrible, the food is gross, I'm disappointed. The Fox's I once knew and loved is now gone. Tonight we ordered three things. A wedgie for my boyfriend, plain boneless wings for our son(he's only 2) and a taco salad for myself. Their taco salad used to be my favorite thing on their menu. Until tonight. It was greasy, soggy and just all around unpleasant. My boyfriends wedgie was sloppy and looked microwaved. At least they got our sons chicken correct. Not to mention that my boyfriend had to chase down the delivery driver because he forgot my salad in his car. His response was, "I should've looked at the receipt." No duh? That's common sense for a delivery driver! I'll stick to ordering from The Penn Street Pizza that took fox's place or Papa Johns. read more

Terrible service from the driver...ordered for my neighbor who's mom died and we told the person when we called that and to put on the box and tell who it was from and the driver was rude after he dropped the food off to my neighbor he came flying over for us to sign the slip and messed up our gravel road because he spun out he flew out the driveway all pissed off for some reason! The Butler store owner is AWFUL! I stopped to buy a $20 gift card for a holiday secret santa gift. There was a display of available gift card options at the register, however, the nice young worker could not activiate them. He took my name and number and said he would have the owner call me. All day went by and no call from the owner. I made another trip to the shop after work and actually spoke with the owner, who also could not activate the cards but took my name & number again and said he would call corporate and then call me with more info. Again, no call from the owner. The following day I stopped a 3rd time and the same nice young man tried to help me. But all he could offer was a paper gift certificate which was only good at the Butler location. Since I was not sure who would win the gc I didn't want to limit only being able to redeem in Butler. The clerk got the owner on the phone and the owner relayed there is an issue with the computer system and the problem wouldn't be fixed for a few days but again offered a paper certificate. After finishing my conversation with the owner the very nice young man could sense my frustration, to which I said, you know, the owner should at the very least comp the $20 cost for my troubles and for his very poor communication. He called the owner back and asked if he could comp a $20 gift certificate but the owner would not. Then the young worker offered to buy a certificate out of his own pocket just to fix the situation, which I wouldn't allow him to do. I will purchase a Fox's Pizza gift card from any of the other local locations because I cannot support the Butler store. A couple of things about this AWFUL experience - if you have a display of gift cards make sure you are able to sell them before you advertise them. #2 call people back when you say you will, communication goes a long way. and #3 be a decent person and stand behind your business. You can bet I will never order from the Butler Fox's location again and I will tell anyone that asks what a terrible owner/manager the Butler location has. And as for the nice young man working there, thank you for trying the fix the situation. Your help is appreciated and you were very kind, apologetic and professional - unlike your boss! read more

I have ordered from them three times and three times I've had something to complain about they forget stuff and when you order they ain't friendly at all, my child even complained that there wasn't enough sauce on the pizza and he doesn't usually complain about anything and when i told them about it he very rudely you want extra sauce or not! So i ordered again and this will be the last time I order if there is anymore complaints! I love foxes especially the one in tarentum pa this one here isnt nothing like them! read more

This was my first time here and will be my last strictly based on their attitude. I'm in sales and my experience was a total turnoff. Not knowing they opened at noon, I arrived 15 minutes early, the gentleman came over and opened the door when I asked if I could order now and picked up in 30 minutes or so. It was nice he agreed to take my order. As a 1st timer and with several specials to choose from I simply asked the best pizza deal for 3 people now with some leftover for later, followed by a big negative attitude sigh. Same thing followed when I asked about a topping. He was clearly annoyed and doesn't care about the customer with horrible attitude. As a result I realized I ordered wrong and could've save money ordering what I should have, but at that point I decided not to push him over the edge. I did asked to give me 45 minutes thinking it would help us both and was told "no, it will be 25". I wish I had just asked for a refund and walked away. As far as the pizza, it was cold and not at all fresh as it sat far too long. I WILL NOT BE BACK and will convey to others. Based on what I paid and the fact I had to microwave when I got home, frozen pizza would've been a better option read more

Been a long time customer since the new shop opened because the quality was higher. But never will order there again. CAREFUL EVERYONE! PAY CASH!
