Seating, there were 2 tables and 4 chairs at each table, But you were not allowed to even sit while waiting for your order. We sat on the front steps while waiting for our food. They can take your money but also inconvenience you. We will not be coming back. I do not recommend going there if you intend to go out to eat. They charge a $10.00 delivery fee no matter what. This was recommended by the hotel we were staying at, that they told us you can sit in and eat. Its not. Our hotel does not have seating in the room. read more

We tried to order lunch on several different Fridays from my office. Despite everything saying they would be open at 11 am, they never answered. We called a day ahead of time (Thursday at 4 pm) to ask if they would be open for lunch the following day. We were told they would be open at 11:00 am. So at 11 am we called to place a rather LARGE order... no answer and the answering machine said they didn't open until 4 pm. We give up. We'll give someone else our business. read more

Wow is all I can say. The absolute worst thing I have ever put in my mouth. It tastes like a frozen pizza you get from sharp shopper and burned in your oven. Bought 3 pies and we all took 1 bite and they went straight to the trash. Excellent people, pizza, and hoagies. Been here since 1980 and we order each time we come to Butler, PA. They could fix the sidewalk out front and their inside floor is a bit uneven, but it's not a deal breaker. They are mostly take out and delivery as there are only a couple tables of four. read more

I've never ate anything I didn't like from PSP. Everything has always been tasty. The staff are always pleasant to speak to. The biggest complaint is-it doesn't matter if you order delivery or take out, it doesn't matter if you order on a Monday or a Friday night-it seems you'll always be waiting close to an hour if not more. Which you would expect on a Friday night delivery but not on a take out Monday night dinner. My family and I have driven passed on our way home and decide to order PSP. While driving passed there has been workers watching tv in the front room and sitting on the counter. Okay great, appears to be a slow evening and we'll get our food quickly-we thought. We ordered a hoagie and a pizza sub for take out and it was still a 50 minute wait. When we got there to pick it up, nobody seemed rushed, the holding shelf only had our order on it. I'm not entirely sure why it took so long. Stuff happens, you get rushes, someone calls off leaving you short staffed, Covid is happening leaving restaurants even more short staffed. I get it, but this is a routine thing it appears. So while the food is really good, if you want to eat by a certain time-order accordingly. read more

Thought we wouldn't be able to get a good dinner having to be in a hotel til we move into our home but this Stromboli is amazing and arrived HOT !!!! Very generous sizing! The hubby and I love it! With so much pizza competition around here, I'm surprised this place stays open considering the low quality pizza. Guys inside are friendly, which goes a long way, but not enough when you just want good pizza. It's a shame to see a pizza shop that has real ovens using pre-made shells that are delivered in a bag. In fact, that's one of the reasons the pizza isn't very good. Those pre-made shells aren't meant for an industrial pizza oven. (Ask yourself: how can the same surface and temp cook dough AND a shell?). The whole pizza just tasted "cheap." Can't imagine going back ever when there are far better options within one mile. read more

Pizza shell food outlet. Not great, not horrible, and slightly better than frozen pizza. If you catch it on a sale, maybe it's o.k. If you pay more than you would for a DiGiorno, at least you've saved yourself the trouble of heating one up in your oven. read more

It's not bad but also not great. Really nice guys, ok pizza, I wish I had ordered a hoagie instead of wings and poppers. I would stick to things that are great in the oven. We'd never been here before so I had no idea what to expect. They only have a pizza oven and no fryer so ordering things that usually are fried was a mistake. I hate giving bad reviews unless service is really bad, and the service was fine. It's just that the poppers were soggy and tasted freezer burnt. The wing sauce was excellent but the wings were oven baked so not crispy at all. I bet the hoagies are amazing. read more
